Placed my order for my new bike on the 23rd of December just passed expecting to pick it up after Christmas and Eamon Jr called and said it would be available for Christmas eve the following day which was great, went down to pick my bike up and had the full fitting done with saddle adjustments and some new pedals fitted, great experience first time buying with mcconvey and will be back

Lance is really good at these bike fits. Explains everything clearly and well. Well worth the money. Hopefully if ur lucky like me u get the free sausage rolls.

First time I've written a review for a local shop, but the McConvey "experience" warrants a mention and in particular Lance McCarthy's bike fit. Expensive? Yes. But the information, advice and guidence given by Lance was fantastic and therefore worth every penny. In store the staff are always friendly, attentive and super helpful.

First time I've ever written a review but felt the service I received merited a few words of praise. Had a bit of a problem with my electronic gears. Nothing was a problem to the staff....was looked after like royalty!!

Fantastic service from the lads at McConvey Cycles. Very accommodating and helpful. They set my new bike up for me and gave me some very useful tips on adjusting and maintaining my new bike.
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a new bike.

I ordered an item click and collect. Staff were very helpful and friendly when I went to collect my item.

Items as described, arrived when stated and well packaged.

I was having neck & shoulder pain after rides - too much pressure on the arms. Lance sorted out me and my two bikes. I was impressed that Lance didn't try to conform my rather stiff body to some pre-determined formula, but taking account of 'the numbers' worked with me to achieve the 'right' balance for me as a leisure rider of a certain age!

I am essentially a marathoner since 2015 now moving into triathalons as a natural progression .

Over the past month or so, have been having a persistent niggle on the inner side of the knee . Have given it time. Improved on stretching , etc. was scheduled to get an MRI done on returning to dubai after my university drop here in belfast

Happened to visit this store accompanying a cyclist friend.

I found lance to be honest and have a professional approach . He did my measurements and we tried an insert under my insoles. My expectations were low, but I was willing to give it a shot

The next day I ran a pain free 22k, followed by 18 the day after and 12 the following day back to back. The only change I did were the inserts

Great and timely service - it’s just a shame I ordered the wrong torque caps for my mavic hubs… only found out when I tried to fit them :/
