☆☆☆☆☆. Absolutely amazing service from all the team at McGees Solicitors especially Aidan McAleenan. I was kept informed every step of the way, with bi-weekly phone calls & emails. I was actually surprised on the costs they manage to recover from an inconvenient incident. Thank you all. A☆☆☆☆☆ highly recommend.

I had been trying to get a reply from McGee Solicitors concerning a potential case.
I did get an initial response and the matter was thought not worth pursuing.
I subsequently became aware of evidence that could make the case viable.
And so I contacted McGee Solicitors again, several times, by phone and online chat messages, and was told each time that someone would get back to me.
But nobody ever did.

I decided to give up trying and have decided to go to another solicitors.

I know solicitors are not obligated to take on a case. But surely the professional courtesy to respond. Especially when they say someone will get back to you.

I'm not a client of McGee Solicitors.
Even so, it is disheartening to have your enquiries ignored. An unfortunate sign of the times perhaps.

Most people seeking legal assistance are normally doing so because they are facing problems of one kind or another. To be ignored by a business whose profession is to possibly provide assistance is very discouraging.
They may have done a brilliant job.

McGee solicitors have been amazing with my case, they kept in touch on a regular basis and I cannot fault the care they have had for me. You can worry as you get older about dealing with solicitors etc but I can honestly say I have been treated with the upmost respect at all times. I cannot recommend them enough.
