Do not buy anything.
No refound no answer. I was waiting almost a month for a fridge just excuses and delays and then they stopped any contact.
I truly believe Karma exists. And it seems that happened with many people so I hope the amount you took from people karma give you back fairly enough in this life

Do not buy from these scammers. Paid £606 for a fridge/freezer. Told it would be delivered by 16th August. Nothing arrived. Asked for ETA. No response. Asked for refund. No response.

SCAM did not receive my delivery!! Web page down so cannot write to them!! 😡😡

Ordered Dyson vacuum, 31st July never arrived, contacted them kept fobbing me off with excuses saying it would be another 2 days etc. Now contacted credit card for refund, waste of time -complete bunch of charletons.

I bought a vacuum cleaner and never got the product. I tried contacting them and nothing would work. Their phone numbers do not work and they do not reply to emails. One phone number did pick up however you can hear the person BREATHING and not saying anything.
I REPEAT. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Do not purchase from this company, you won’t receive your item. False promise’s once you ask for a refund the communication stops. I wouldn’t have given 1 Star

Bought a fridge freezer £394 sent a tracking TR7F7DR7IQFN4AOZ0E which I bet is the same as everyone else number and it says it's on its way, that's as far as it got, I stupidly paid with a debit card and now lost my money and don't have anymore to buy a fridge I have to keep out milk in a bucket of water I tried contacting them email phone nothing, I looked into the carriage company rapid carriage and it looks like these are also fraudulent, looks like they are in trouble with the Inland revenue, total con artists both mcm electronics and rapid carriage, there were no negative reviews about this company because they stopped trading a couple of months ago and the scammers used their trust pilot reviews so trust pilot can't be trusted either, I feel sick with anger,

Absolute fraudsters. Paid for a £207.00 vacuum cleaner 12 days ago. No response from the phone, from the email or the chat. Courier doesn’t respond either. Gonna have to instruct my bank to do a charge back.

Ordered a Shark hoover that was in stock, paid and am still waiting 18 days later, email's get answered but there just fobbing me off, have requested a refund and email response has now stopped, steer clear of this web site,

SCAM do not buy from this website.I ordered a hoover and was told it will arrive in 5 working days.Still did not arrive,when I tried to contact them no one picked up.No one responds to the chats or emails.Was given a tracking number but was always on “on way” for 10days.Never moves from this status.AVOID THIS WEBSITE

Fraud! Ordered a fridge freezer weeks ago, got told from the courier recieving it would take 5-7 business days, it's now over that and they don't pick up the phone and there's no number for the courier, I have now instructed the bank to do a chargeback

Placed an order from what we thought was a reliable store only to have them take the money out of our account £170.00 and receive an email to say order is on it's way with a tracking number. To date (4 weeks) no goods received and no refund given as requested. The contact number cuts you off after a few rings and you never get a reply from the online contact form or any messages you send. We have raised a dispute with our bank who are now investigating it as a bogus / fraudulent company.

Not even worth 1 star took 163 from my account for fridge freezer on 31st July given 3 separate order numbers no tracking available. Offered refund but decided to hang on but 18 days from paying still no fridge or communication. Do not use these scammers.

Avoid this website, it's fraud, no answer after sale , no tracking number etc .. trying to make a refund from credit card in my bank. What a cr.....p . Please avoid this seller,!!!

I ordered a fridge/freezer more than two weeks ago and they send me a tracking number with a not known courier company which shows "on the way" for more than 10 days. No phone number, no chat etc I could not get to speak to anyone from this company. So finally had to go through the section 75 to request a chargeback from my credit card company.
