Cautionary Tale: My Experience with MC Nutraceuticals

As someone in the hemp and CBD space, I've always prioritized reliable suppliers. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with MC Nutraceuticals has been a complete disappointment. On June 25, 2025, I placed a $2,050 order for Hemp CBD Isolate via PayPal. No order confirmation, receipt, or tracking was provided, despite repeated requests to sales rep Josh. After weeks of delays and no delivery, I requested a full refund on July 8. Josh confirmed CEO Bret Worley's approval, but only a partial $10 wire transfer arrived on July 17 (likely an error). Bret Worley personally texted on July 24 confirming the remaining $2,040 owed and offering wire or Zelle—I chose wire. Since then, absolute silence: no responses to emails, calls, texts, or follow-ups.This unprofessional handling has left me out $2,040 with no product or resolution. If you're considering MC Nutraceuticals, proceed with extreme caution.

I’ve been working with these guys for…

OK these guys have literally been in my life for years now. They have bent over backwards for me, they’ve put up with me and my crazy company, and they’ve been nothing but all love and aloha all the way there. They will be my raw suppliers for life because of just the genuine people that they really are. I really can’t say enough about this team and this company. They really are the best in the industry, and I stand behind that and I stand behind them. Much love from team FTP , and also Tre is literally the man. He’s my favorite person at this company and he’s been there for me and had my back through thick and thin. I couldn’t ask for better customer support or a better sales guy than my guy;)

Bret Worley is the biggest scum loser on the planet

Poison. Anyone involved with MC nutraceuticals, or any complicit companies who purchase this unregulated trash, and traffics this poison, deserves to rot in hell. After suffering from cancer for a couple years first and then dying in a fire.
