They’ve fallen off their pedestal
They’ve fallen off their pedestal! 2 issues in last 3 deliveries. One completely trashed - why the driver thought it was ok to leave is beyond me and a piece of paper this morning saying not left because of damage. I can’t see the payments history and therefore can’t see the credits on the account but the direct debit is still coming out. Giving them the chance to sort… but it rather defeats the point of having delivered if you’ve then got to go out!

It is disappointing to hear that you have experienced issues with two of your deliveries within the last three weeks. We sincerely apologise that, on the first occasion, you received a damaged item that was unusable, and that on the second occasion you received a note advising that the item had been damaged.
Unfortunately, products can sometimes become damaged during transit. In most cases, our drivers will try to replace the item with the same or a similar product where possible. However, we understand that this does not lessen the inconvenience caused when an item you were expecting is unavailable.
We always encourage customers to get in touch when issues like this occur so that we can ensure the appropriate credit is applied to the account. If you have already spoken with our Customer Service Team, please rest assured that they will arrange the necessary credit for the affected items.
We truly appreciate you giving us another chance, and we hope to restore your faith in our service going forward. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to improve.

We were persuaded by a door to door seller and decided to give it a go.
First delivery 30th July nothing turned up at all. I called and cancelled it all and now they are calling and emailing me for a £2.34 charge for a delivery that never turned up!
Avoid like the plague people

McQueens is generally really good
McQueens is generally really good. Their service is very effective. I have used their chat facility twice - the most recent time being today - and the staff were speedy, polite and efficient. The milk is great and the price is vey reasonable.

However, if your details were taken under the impression that you would simply receive more information, and you were subsequently signed up without your agreement, this is completely unacceptable.

Unreliable deliveries
Unreliable deliveries. Wrong and missing orders multiple times.
Extremely difficult to speak to anyone. Never less than a 14 minute wait on the phone to speak to anyone and then get passed from person to person but no one has any ability to resolve an issue.
Happy to offer all sorts of freebies and discounts to retain you but when you then cancel, their customer service is non existent. I was advised I can “no longer speak to customer services as you’re no longer a customer.”

We also are sorry that when you spoke with our agents that you did not get the matter resolved due to being passed from person to person. We are then worried about the message you were told that you could not speak with us due to cancelling your account. This is not something that any McQueens agent should be relaying as we welcome queries from customers, ex-customers, and non-customers.
I would like the chance to review your experience with us to better and take a look at the interactions you add with our team.
To do this, we have sent across a request for more information that can allow us to access all details of your experience. This means that we can review these calls to see what went wrong and get this rectified for you ASAP.
Once again, we do apologise any inconvenience caused. Please be assured that we want to get this matter investigated as it is nowhere near the standard expected of McQueens employees.
