When the guy came around on a cold call I was sceptical I must say. However, he was really good so I heard him out. Decided why not, and gave it a try. 1 year later and we are still with McQueens.... See more

Zanele was very prompt and helpful in resolving my billing query. Thanks.

I wish i'd checked trust pilot before i was tared with the same brush. Got the friendly face at the door which I was hesitant about even answering. I was then asked if I wanted their 'free trial'. Foolishly said yea why not. Apparently this is a verbal contract and gives them the right to just send you milk and bombard you with calls to give them your bank details! How is this even happening in this day and age. DO NOT GIVE ANY DETAILS OVER. No bank details off me thank you very much. Learn how to run a proper business.

Had a nice young lad show up at my doorstep and he explained this as a free trial for one and then decide if you like it or not. Turns out it was a misrepresentation, the minimum subscription is 4 weeks.
Seems like a ridiculous way to try and get money. I kept receiving deliveries I didn’t ask for, and it’s just regular alpro almond milk. I can get it myself from the shop. There’s actually better organic options at any regular supermarket.
Then they bombard you with calls and messages. I finally called to cancel and the guy mentioned that I owed money for delivery. Why not just be honest from the very beginning and say that it’s a 4 weeks subscription. What a dodgy way to get money out of people. That’s misrepresentation and illegal to do this to a consumer! Will be raising a complaint with the Financial Ombudsman!

Milk is good IF it's delivered. I have had nothing but issues with this company and still not able to cancel as they push and push for you to stay. My delivery instructions have been on my account since the day I signed up. The issue is, the delivery drivers aren't listening to instructions. I live in an area where things get stolen if left in plain sight, hence why my instructions are there. Anyway, the drivers leave my milk on the doorstep every Tuesday and Friday, guess what? STOLEN. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Despite the weekly complaints I make, this isn't being resolved. I message on the online chat - 'I have escalated this to the depot manager' still happens. I call up - SAME THING! OK you issue a credit, but I don't want that. I want my milk, delivered to the correct spot but you can't seem to accommodate that.
I am so fed up of the poor service this company provides. Teach your drivers how to read delivery instructions, they are there for a reason.
To add - I have just called to cancel and your customer service is terrible. I spoke to a girl called Carly (?) her attitude was disgraceful when I said I wanted to cancel. Appreciate you want to keep customers but if I'm calling to cancel, don't keep pushing people to stay. I gave so many chances for this to be sorted and you didn't so you have lost a customer. Sort your staff out and give some extensive training on customer service. No need to be rude when someone wants to leave. Joke of a company.

Decided to give McQueens a try following a doorstep conversation. Tried to access my account but the process failed. One of their representatives phoned the day after to try to obtain my bank details for direct debit and to persuade me to order additional products. Advised him of the difficulty I was experiencing trying to access my account. He promised to sort it out. Nothing happened. Tried to access my account again this time using the verification via email route. No email received.
Phoned to cancel and was met with the usual hollow promises to sort my account out. It was a difficult conversation as the person at the other end of the phone constantly interrupted.
Take my advice and give this company a very wide body swerve as they are difficult to deal with.

Following my last review, I am now receiving text messages from McQueens telling me to pay the £1.41 they say I owe them before they "take further action". They want me to ring THEM. Why not ring me?
As per my previous review, this sum is for an item they delivered THAT I DIDN'T order! It's here for them to collect. They are welcome to come + pick it up (as previously mentioned).
I'm 76 years old + suffered a a serious heart attack 3 months ago. I'm at home most of the time. McQueens are bullies + a company registered in Prague (??).

The milk was ok but felt taste has become more watery 🤷🏻♀️ , been customer by force for the past two years!
I would like to express exactly how i feel now , I had felt sorry for door man so wanted to try it .
Ladies and gentlemen this company have been forcing me not to cancel my orders as this is no contract! They push you to the next level just to stay !!
I told them to cancel my orders 6 months ago while being abroad they just put it on hold without my consent! I’m back to uk then I see all these payments had gone out knowing I’m not here nore they have send milk n eggs 🤔
Just again last week I strongly said cancel my orders ! After many attempts of negotiating with me 👀 I said no dear cancel or I will make complaint and will escalate this to the next level and take you to court so man behind the phone agrees to cancel … well guess what he didn’t cancel the order I was breastfeeding my one week old baby now I just saw they charged my account at 3:15 AM today despite my explicit cancellation last week.I have tried to cancel this service for the past 6 months via phone and email. For two years, your drivers have left deliveries unsecured where foxes eat the eggs and damage the milk. I have CCTV footage and call recordings of these ongoing issues.Last week, after a long negotiation, your sales agent finally agreed to cancel my account. Despite this, you took payment today.
I have decided to take them to court for me it’s very easy we have 9 lawyers in one family , why I’m going to do this it’s not about few pounds is about the respect for clients right . ( I didn’t have the ehhs for the past two years I have proofs many of it, they don’t provide you with box 📦 outside so they can leave it gently like all other farm companies, they don’t care about your feelings or your money…)
I hope everyone starts to cancel their orders

They don't deliver and take your money AVOID AT ALL COSTS - complete con, and you cannot cancel easily!
Despite it looking great they don't deliver and are great on the phone, but then ignore it all anyway and keep charging you with no deliveries. Blaming their systems of course!

Much nicer knowing my milk is farm fresh and the fresh orange is so tasty my kids fight over it so had to up my order. Thanks to Laura for helping me set up my online account

Door salespersons (3) at my door pitched a free trial of milk. Was explained to me that I would get a bottle to try, then I'd get a call to discuss if I'd like to set up ongoing deliveries. Was then receiving multiple daily calls or texts about setting up and making payments. Logged on to find they had set up a reoccurring delivery which I could not cancel myself online. At no point had I consented to ongoing deliveries past the trail bottle or any related charges. I had not set up any payment options but received another bottle that I did not agree to receiving. When I phoned I was told that I would not have been told by the door salespeople at my door that it was a free trial. My doorbell footage from the conversation confirms although they never said the word free, everything else about the way it was communicated made it seem like a free taster, and with no obligation to continue past the first bottle. No costs were discussed during the conversation and the words "give it a try for maybe a day or two next week", again supporting the assumption that it was a free bottle and non-obligatory continuation.
The call handler then said that I would still be expected to pay for all the milk I had received.
Their sales tactics feel like they just want to get people looped into their system, without their full consent and everything about my interactions with this company has felt icky. I'd be cautious.

Good service and the Agent Happiness Ntombikayise is extremely helpful and kind.

Nice chap, Kevin sorted what i wanted. Not started deliveries yet so can't call on that. Lot bigger company than lead to believe from salesman

We have not tried the products yet, however Richard was very helpful over the phone, got the payment set up, and I am looking forward to receiving my milk & orange juice! Richard was very polite, and very helpful. Thank you!

Admittedly, I haven't tried any of the products yet—as our journey with them is just beginning—but I would like to commend the customer service approach for its courtesy, competence in selecting products for us as new clients, and reliability. This applies especially to Jake, with whom we discussed our nutrition plan over the phone.

Deliveries are great but if you want to cancel beware the hard pushback.
Also i had overpaid, not much £2, asked for it back and omg the customer service went out the window.
Didnt get it back, in the end told them to keep it and use it on training.

Kerr called me and was very polite and helpful. He solved the issue I had about setting up a direct debit.
I like that I can order twice a week and that I can swap and change items as and when I need to.

The advisor that called me was great help and very polite and explained everything I had to know looking forward to my first delivery

It just makes all the difference. Waking up to fresh milk is a game changer for me. Always there , always on time and always fresh. You do not realise the difference between fresh and supermarket milk until you have a fresh glass bottle of semi skimmed in your hand. Absolutely delicious

Loved the milk, you should try it, so much better. Loved the service. Loved the fact that we were helping real farms not supermarkets
So why get one star?
Our Direct Debit goes out on the first of the month. This month Aug 26 the first is a Saturday.
We pay by direct debit thus cannot fall behind.
So my surprise to find “my account had exceeded its payment terms” we owe £7:02 not because of anything we did, but because they did not take the money on the following Monday. I had just arrived home from working away.
The Email I received was quite aggressive in tone for something that is not our error.
Quite burst the bubble for me to be honest.
Have a look on the internet there are quite a few messages out there so you can formulate your own views. Your customer service needs a complete overhaul.
