Well once again my order has not been delivered due to the customer service saying my orders are on hold due to unpaid direct debit, which was actually paid last week
I’m a disabled veteran who suffers from ptsd and anxiety so getting to the shop is not always an option so I thought I’d use this service after they knocked on my door asking to place an order, the first few deliveries were as expected
A later order was not delivered to rear door as per instructions and subsequently stolen due to being on a public footpath where school kids walk every morning, another order was delivered to the wrong address the two following orders were not delivered to the delivery instructions online and apparently stolen yet no proof of delivery has been provided for the two missing orders on a Friday
Now according to the website I have no pending deliveries due to a direct debit not being paid which actually came out of my account last week, I haven’t received a milk delivery from this company for nearly two weeks but yet I’m still paying for my orders and now I’ve purchased a lockable parcel box I have no pending deliveries due
I just want my milk delivered to the designated location described on the website it’s not hard

Harder to login than online banking! Crap website
Organic milk great but it's harder to log into this website than it is any of my banks! Ridiculous. Why on earth do you need a customer number, email, password and postcode? And why is resetting your password so impossible too? Even your newly designed portal is so high security I can't get in to change my milk order! Bonkers and ruins customer exp. And no way of emailing you so now I have to phone up!

To clarify, to log in to your customer portal you need your email address or customer number and your password. You do not need all of your details in order to access your portal. There is a possibility that you haven't registered as of yet which is why you are unable to log in.

Possibly the worst deliver drivers ever
Previously had to cancel eggs as they consistently left them sitting out on the mainstream rather than using a gigantic labeled box and repeated phone calls never fixed this. They then proceeded to harass my partner for 11pence depsite there being 2 months worth of credits on the account. Possibly worst company I've had to deal with and only stuck using them as no one else delivers in my area otherwise I'd leave and never ever return.

My roommate gets milk delivered every Monday and Thursday at first been having no problems at first they delivered when they were supposed to and collected the bottles then our neighbour noticed that they have been chucking the bottles in her bush we thought it was once then we have found multiple bottles meaning that it has happened multiple times.

Beware of being charged during hol breaks.
Beware, I added a 2 week holiday break using their website and they still delivered and charged me. When I approached them by email they denied it existed, luckily I had retained the confirmation of the added holiday break email and forwarded on to them. No refunds were offered and on top of this they charged 12p for the bottle they had delivered in error as I was unable to put it out as I was on holiday. I then called to cancel my account and remove my details as they retain your details for an unspecified amount of time. They refused my 'right to be forgotten' request. Be very careful about signing up for this service.

Where do I even start with this…
Where do I even start with this company. The worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My 1st delivery arrived at 11.30pm on a warm summer night so by the morning it was not even fit for purpose. Add to this the fact that the person who delivered it put the milk under the front of my car. Obviously someone doesn't know what a doorstep is. I stopped the deliveries via the portal but the portal stated I couldn't cancel the delivery for today (monday 10th). Woke up and nothing had been delivered (yet the funds had been taken for this delivery, but hey thats no surprising because money seems to be all they are bothered about judging by other reviews). I contacted them via their live chat, what a waste of 1 hour of my life. The advisor didnt know what he was talking about, asking me how much I had paid (surely you have that information) along with changing what the problem was as he clearly did not know what he was talking about. After said hour of time wasting he then asked did I want the items adding back, this is despite me making clear I had cancelled online due to their poor service. He then decides I need to call them to cancel. Well that's odd as he has just stated the deliveries have been cancelled but apparently I have to call and cancel. Yes I know im confused as well. Apparently they cannot give me a refund via live chat. At this point I think he was just making it up as he went along. My warning to others if you love warm milk thats been outside since 11.30pm under the front of your car, then this company is the one for you. Otherwise AVOID AVOID AVOID.

We're very sorry to hear the driver place your order under your car. It is an unusual spot to place a milk perhaps to protect it.
To clarify, customers are unable to stop deliveries on the portal at the moment. The account remains active even if you remove items on your order. The only way to process a cancellation is by calling us on 0330 555 5588 and speaking with our cancellations team. The team will examine your account to see if a refund is due.

Inconsistent delivery times and quality
Order for 2 days delivery Tuesdays are fine but our Friday delivery arrived between 11pm and 1am so sits out for upto 8 hours in a heat wave and wasn't fresh by the ti.e we got there gave it a few chances but decided to cancel except that isn't an option on the website. There's every chance other areas are fine blackpool isn't sadly
