I have had such terrible experiences with companies selling similar items, so I tried this retailer and am so glad I did!

The product range of high-end (high) skirting boards for my period property is the best, and Vicki from customer care has been superb in advising where my items were. One length of skirting was damaged, but a quick email to customer care resulted in a free replacement being made and sent free of charge with my next order.

This is how online decorating supplies shopping as it should be - fast, efficient and super helpful/friendly.

I would never use another retailer of MDF supplies (and there are so many crooks out there in this industry) so a huge thank you!

I don't usually write reviews but this one is deserved, top quality, super-fast delivery and great service.

MDF Store are the best retailers I have dealt with for a long time and warrant more than 5 stars. They are professional, friendly and expeditious with a wide range for products at very competitive prices. Their customer service is the best. Prior to placing my order I asked a number of questions, all of which were answered promptly, comprehensively and with great patience. I required a follow up order to complete my project. Although entirely my fault they dealt with it extremely promptly. Overall their standard of service is rarely found in this day and age. Not only would I recommend to use them I suggest you don't go anywhere else.

the product alone is worthy of 5 star, along with the price, the painted finish is the cleanest finish I've had too. the stand out thing for these guys and gals is the customer service! have already recommended to 2 friends and soon ill be placing another order with them!

Having had a new fire surround fitted I needed to fit a replacement section of dado rail unfortunately since it was such a small amount none of the local firms were interested or willing to provide the profile I required. I contacted the MDF store who had a great selection of dado rails, skirting boards etc and they were able to provide what I needed even though ( in my case) it was a small amount. The staff were very helpful throughout and I received the order promptly, the quality was excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending the MDF store to family & friends

I ordered picture rail and skirting board for our period property. The quality is super and a really good match for our existing regency features. Vicki who dealt with my order was absolutely fantastic keeping me up to date with the progress of my delivery and even delivering the items herself when the courier broke down to enable our building work to continue on time. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I ordered some mdf dado, which unfortunately arrived very damaged. After sending photos, the company were brilliant and arranged an immediate replacement.

Good quality MDF, neatly cut and packed properly so it arrived undamaged. Good communication throughout. Recommended.

I wanted some food quality dado rail, I found this online company. The photos on their website looked just like what I was after. For 4 lengths plus delivery was £70.
When they arrived the product was badly damaged on the ends and was awfully flimsy and extremely poor quality. When I emailed they simply said it wasnt damaged enough for them to pay for a return, they would not give return label or courier, so I would have to return at my own expense! This would have meant I would only get half the money refunded! This was a terrible inconvenience. Customer service was rude and shocking! Do not order from this site!
