Great service from James at MDG Sports, phoned at 11am on Tuesday received 11am Wednesday my brand new Yonex Ezone 100 fully strung!

He also advised which strings to have for my type of game.

I recently purchased a junior Babolat tennis racket for my daughter. I found the MDG Sports service from communication to delivery very efficient and would recommend them. The product arrived quickly and my daughter is very happy with her new tennis racket.

MDG Sports were recommend to me by word of mouth. Ordered the racket I was looking for and it was delivered fairly promptly, some marks on it here and there and a microscopic chip off the paint, but was willing to look past that. Was even willing to look past the fact the racket was sent without bubblewrap.

Customer service was slow and not great I've got to be honest, didn't really address my issue and never got back to me about it which was the worst, just left it hanging in the air which is not a good look.

Will stick with Tennisnuts. Shame as I like to support the smaller companies but not if they don't seem bothered about your business.

I bought a racket in this website, I honestly never had so a good experience with a shop online. They helped me to choice which product and string to buy, really quick in answering and shipping. Also it’s a small shop in comparison with amazon etc. I really recommend it!

Personally I would prefer the use of Royal Mail as the courier, as I have had trouble with private couriers (Hermes) in the past, although there wasn't a problem this time.

I didnt just like my Tennis Racket I 15-Loved it. Since my purchase ive always had an Advantage in the court. Serving was a breeze and im not talking about in game!

Great range of stock, fast dispatch and brilliant customer service to sort out a minor problem. Even got free next day delivery upgrade. Can’t recommend these guys enough, if you have any racket sport needs look no further than MDG sports.
