Congratulations on shitifying Cadburys…

Congratulations on shitifying Cadburys chocolate one of UKs most prestigious & long trusted brands by changing the recipe reducing cocoa, removing cocoa butter, adding inflammatory rapeseed & palm oil hoping we won't notice ...
The chocolate is now crap & a waste of money after the shrinkflation.

This company is really going downhill....I purchased Oreo's several times in the past month and will not buy them again. Raising prices, quality n quantity is terrible. Some packages have full rows, where other packages are missing several cookies. Definitely not the weight the package says. They should be investigated on price gouging....

Lousy customer service

I think there is something seriously wrong with that company. Either they are not customer friendly or organizationally it is a mess. I asked a question about a product (LiGA) months ago, but got no answer. Writing repeatedly doesn't help either. Lousy customer service. I'm switching to another brand.

Mondelez International is dishonest.

Mondelez International is a dishonest company that rips customers off. The decrease the amount of product. An example is Christie’s Premium Crackers. The box is too big for the contents? I buy from other companies who have morals because I grew up with them.

Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Crackers

Feedback: Nabisco Honey Maid Graham Crackers.

The crackers are small now.
They are packed in a larger box, which is misleading to the consumer!
They are narrow and less thick now.

I need to make several pies which require a specific amount of Graham Crackers. And now I have to figure it out again by trial and error.

Why would you put a smaller product in a regular sized box? Did you have extra boxes that you needed to use up, or something?

NOTE: This, along with some other text is what I wrote to Mondelez (formerly Nabisco).

NOTE: I received a response two days later, apologizing and letting me know that they would make it better by sending me an email voucher which I could use to buy 1 package of graham crackers, which I could use to buy another. It would come 7-10 days later.

NOTE: Fast forward 1 month later. I have received nothing. No credit. No voucher. Nothing.

Instead I received a customer service feedback survey, which I filled out in good will (at the time), with good remarks and such.

It is Christmas now, and I am making my graham cracker crust again. I am using the competition (Kroger generic), and it is working out just fine. Large crackers, at less than 1/2 the price!

Shame on you Nabisco ( Mondelez International)!

Robot response . . . no customer service

I purchased one of those 90 quantity boxes of Halloween treats recently.

I prepare a selection of little bags with a variety of goodies in them for the little Halloween monsters . . . so I had this box sorted out on the table, and there was a "wunderbar", but no wunderbar, just the wrapper. Not the end of the world in a box of 90, but all food manufacture has very closely monitored and numbered/tagged production . . . so I thought I would tell them their batch number and date so that if they had a recurring problem they might investigate.

I wrote a somewhat sarcastic and humourous letter to them remarking that I thought their new formula for wunderbar wasn't so great, and I much preferred the old . . . when there was really a chocolate bar in the wrapper.

I included three photos, the front of the offending wrapper, the back with the codes readily visible, and an end-on shot to show that I wasn't making stuff up.

Four days before a reply, which is perfectly alright, but the reply was not.

It was "signed" by someone, but either they never read the email, or they just don't give a damn about their clientele . . . only their money.

There is no way any responsible customer service rep would not have noted three attached photos along with the rest of the post.

They could have ignored it (which I was more or less expecting), but sending off a formulaic letter that is more or less an abuse to the customer?

Don't think so.

A small thing, but insulting. Think I might insult Mondelez by checking all their brands and making sure that I don't buy any in the future, and given the opportunity, lettings friends and associates know what they are really worth to Mondelez.

If I could give minus stars I would

If I could give minus stars I would. Their customer service is appalling - and as for a £2!!! voucher that no shop wants I'm speechless. And the voucher only relates to their products but who wants them.

I had a faulty product and they sent me a voucher to replace. Tried that voucher in major supermarkets and they will not take them, Customer service completely unhelpful telling me to traipse around smaller stores to see if they will take it! Costing me time and money.
They have not answered my last email suggesting they refund me instead.
Appalling.

£1 voucher … for reporting issues , don’t waste your time !!!!

Bought a bag of sweets for £1 the sweets were called juices and had no juice in them whatsoever when I contacted mondelez helpline I was told how sorry they were etc , they then took the time to send me a £1 voucher in way of an apology …. £1 ….and you think this is acceptable .

The fact I as a consumer took the time to use my phone to contact you, to report an issue which should not have been missed atall and I still fail to see why there was no quality assurance with this product and how this even happened ??

All of my time and effort not only the fact I was let down by the product and a measly £1 voucher is all I get . Next time there’s an issue with your products I certainly won’t be wasting my time informing you and I hope other people follow suit.

In summary don’t waste your time with reporting issues to this company absolutely shocking!

Inedible Frys chocolate and no CS dept response.

I bought a multipack of Frys Orange creme bars. Something must have been seriously wrong with the production so I wrote and told them as suggested on the wrapper and sent photos of exactly what I bought to inform them they had an bad quality product issue. This confectionary was inedible. They promised much and delivered nothing so I informed them. Again they failed to deliver on promised compensation. If your product is uneatable like mine, take it back to the shop and demand an immediate refund. Then buy something else. The only way to deal with bad companies like this is to avoid their poor quality inedible products. Dont write to their cistomer services as it may prove a waste of time and effort. Frys choclate? Well never again there is plenty of choice in the market.
