Amazing! Realised late on Friday I was out of stock of the vinyl colour required for a job. Put my order in, standard delivery, it was here by 11:00 Saturday morning! I've used MDP for years, always reliable service and good quality products.

Always very helpful staff if they don't have the answers to your questions they will go out of their way to find out.

They carry a decent amount of stock , the staff in my local outlet are friendly and helpful as much as they are able (2.5 hour drive away from me but it's the closest place that carries anything I use regularly) . What I will say is that the website is really hard to navigate and find what you need. The outlay is outdated and it's not really comparable to the competition. They're also missing loads of the items that smaller crafters and traders will use and could be making a small fortune by carrying generic stuff like gloss vinyl sticker paper as a quick example. The only ones they carry are the cricut ones which are overpriced, the wrong size for most people and generally crap. Few small changes and the business would be useful to a lot more people and be making a fortune from the smaller orders from people who need to be able to pick stuff up the same day.

Easy to navigate website, easy to order , just everything you want in one place, won't go elsewhere.
