I ordered a Keycap Set from a Groupbuy but sadly not enough people took interest in that set and it got cancelled.
The brilliant thing is: David from Mechboards contacted me about how its looking kinda grim. I explained that I was looking for a set that was currently heavily discounted elsewhere and that i would need him to tell me ASAP if my order would happen or not so that I could still snatch the set at a discount and OH BOY David understood ASAP as such - Within 10mins of sending my email, i received a cancellation notice and a refund of my purchase.
Sadly my business with mechboards didnt work out, but their customer support was fire! You can really tell this is a business made with love by a small community

Great prices, really quick processing and delivery, nice product range

Purchased a pre-built Lily58 low profile split keyboard. Happy with the high quality of work that went in building it. All the specs matched the description. Delivery was quick and safely packaged. Will definitely buy from here again. Lastly, Ozzy is definitely the star of show.

I bought some hand-lubed and filmed Gateron Milky Yellow Pros. The website said it would take 5-7 days to ship. After 7 days of silence, I emailed just for a brief update. I was responded to on the same day, which was great. I have received the switches now, assembled my keyboard and they sound absolutely great. Great service, I will probably buy more switches in the future, as it saves so much time to have them hand-lubed by someone else.

Both products I orderred arrived as expected within a reasonable time, exactly as expected no complaints! Good price and products.

They aren't the worst for keyboard kits , switches , caps etcseem a little expensive compared to other suppliers. Delivery is okay always get item with a week or so. My main issue is lack of info at times when it comes to part lists and product photos. Customer service is great prompt polite responses I use them regularly and do recommend just think some small adjustments would make a big difference

Always great to buy from them and always a smooth experience. They sell great products and always have those little things that are a little more specific to keyboards that without being an expert, you wouldnt know where to look, but they make it easy and I was able to find a replacement screw for a keyboard.

Parcel arrived on time with no damage to the outside. Once opened, the switches were in a plastic bag, and after taking them out to place them into my board, I noticed a lot of the pins on the bottom of the switches were bent so I had to bend them back to being straight. Not exactly ideal receiving items that are already damaged. Hoping this doesn’t affect the lifespan.

The delivery was fast and my package arrived well and complete. I'd just wish there was more information on the product listing and a greater assortiment, and I'd also wish there were more (accurate) updates on the tracking. I only got an update from Mechboards themselves that they received my order successfully and the rest of the updates were through the delivery company themselves, and I know some delivery companies do not mail you about the status of your package, so I'm glad I went for a more expensive delivery option to be on the safe side. Just something to keep in mind!

One of the rare companies to offer a through-hole kit for the lily58 keyboard. Moreover it offers clear and comprehensive explanations and details about what’s included and what you will need to add and do. Great!
