I received a built Sofle V2 powered by an Elite-Pi instead of a pro micro. I'm fully satisfied of my purchase.

Ordered a split keyboard from them, it arrived quite fast and in a perfect state in what seems to me to be ecological packaging.
I had used their assembly service on my project and everything was soldered and screwed together very nicely in a clean manner.

I only had one issue, a cable that should be included with my order was forgotten. I contacted them and they sent me a new one and refunded the import costs.

So all in all great experience and in love with my new keyboard.

I got pre assembled board from mechboards. It arrived very carefully packaged, fully flashed and ready to go. The soldering on the board and the finish is all excellent, would highly recommend.

Keyboard arrived on time and in good condition. A niche product and was easily available.

Delivery was a nightmare due to UPS… finally got the keyboard, so it’s not your fault but I was chasing those guys to deliver the keyboard for days.

Anyway, once I picked it up and opened it things started to go in the right direction but I missed how to access the build guide… until I saw the QRcode, scaned it but the build guide was not specific for my keyboard (I thought QRcode was wrong) but besides those minor issues, I finally got it, build it, and works really well, so all in all very good.

Mechboards have always been very helpful, ensuring that any issues (even end user errors) are resolved swiftly and professionally.

I've ordered from Mechboards countless times in the past and have never had a late delivery or had any issues with products outside of issues I've caused, which as I said, the team have resolved quickly.

Simply the nicest company and people! Ordered, product came incredibly quickly and well packaged etc but - through totally my own fault for not reading information/understanding what I needed as present for son (!) - I needed extra bits. Dave could not have been more helpful and speedy in assisting so I could rectify. All now sorted (George also v helpful!) and I would not hesitate to recommend and going forward we’ll always look at mechboards first! Thank you so much. Liz
