Previously I have had very good service but for some reason my latest order is taking far longer than usual and still hasn’t been dispatched. Unfortunately it is proving unreliable.
Has been very good if everything goes to plan, but when experiencing any delays in delivery etc it's almost impossible to get hold of someone. Phone lines closed even though it says they are open from 8am-8pm. Chatbot takes 10 minutes+ to connect to a human and then times out if you're not there and waiting to respond immediately. My order is 2 days late and not been registered at all with DPD so no idea when it is coming.
I posted an initial review on a delayed order 7 days ago for this business. I am here a week later still missing my item. Now down to a delay with Royal Mail.
The package has been in transit for 5 days now so the ice packs it was shipped with have likely melted. What takes the cake is that i've tried speaking with customer agents this morning. At first it appeared the ai chatbot had stopped however, it connected me after 20 mins. Also, I tried emailing into their complaints inbox using the one on their webpage and I got a bounceback?!
Shambolic experience to say the least.
Terrible I ordered next day delivery and still a day later need more info asked to cancel and refund as the only reason I ordered was needed next day. So waste of money really

unable to reorder weight loss jab even though I've had multiple previous and not yet at goal weigh, they were quick to take payment then wanted extra information which I gave then they rejected it saying they needed anther photo which they never asked for, seems like they don't have stock so they keep people's money as long as they can with various reasons given, best avoided and use more reliable company, there seem to be alot of negative reviews lately as if the company is on the way out.
Terrible customer service. Slow or non existent responses. Weeks waiting for updates. Promised replacement products which weeks later still not shipped. Frankly at a loss what to do next.
As some other people are experiencing, I am still waiting for delivery for over a week! Lies and excuses. Quick to send reorder texts daily and take money! Shocking. 5pm update. I have spend the whole day trying to call by telephone Medexpress. Just rings! Asked for a refund by AI told no as prescribed and uk law won’t allow, messages again sent not picked up for over and hour eventually had a response from Kelsey who assured me the order of Manjaro placed on the 29th June will be ok as they have had some supply issues but are now sorted! Thank you very much I thought. But then another message pops in from Ashley informing me it’s cancelled!!! Does no one read notes? Does the left hand know what the right hand is doing? This is terrible customer service and communication! I then spent god knows how long trying to fathom how and why now cancelled after A told no as it’s uk law once prescribed and B contact with Kelsey who assured it’s fine to Ashley who quite frankly didn’t give a single dam and eventually just cut the conversation off. Disgusting I hope someone from Medexpress reads this because my Wife investigated this company as a medical professional for me to use as a competent provider! Wow

PLEASE DO NOT USE -There appears to be a pattern here. When everything runs smoothly, its great but if there is a problem, medexpress are not interested. My order is currently sat on 'awaiting dispatch' and has been for a week. Everytime I speak to an Agent they tell me something different. It's utter lies. One told me there was a backlog which I know to be untrue as my Husband ordered 2 days after me and got his pen in 48 hours. They kept telling me they would escalate matters to a senior but that's utter rubbish as well. I've requested a refund and confirmation of this bit have received nothing. I've raised a complaint through their contact form which has not been responded to. An agent was supposed to email me tonight about my cancellation / refund but of course, nothing has materialised. I am now going to have to raise a charge back request through my bank which will take an age meaning I'm over £100 out of pocket. I don't understand how these companies are allowed to get away with it. I've sent an email, raised a query / complaint twice through the website and been on the online chat god knows how many times and nothing has changed. They never respond, literally just ignore you. My order still says awaiting dispatch and I have nothing to show that I have requested my order be cancelled and a refund issued - apart from the online chat. At least they email you the transcript! Will be reporting them to whoever I can, writing to the CEO, contacting my bank and splashing it over social media for others to see. Abysmal company. Speed of order and reorder is very good. Website is easy to use. Delivery fees feel expensive and add a significant cost over the longterm - would be good if there was some benefit for repeat customers or a flat fee for a years deliveries.
