Really great service. They took a medical condition I have very seriously and would not prescribe the medication without proper consultation with my GP. I was very impressed that they cared properly and are clearly conscientious. The posting process is very quick and well managed - I am really impressed and would recommend.

Medexpress has been helpful for my weight loss journey and im starting to see some positive results after slowing increasing my dose over the last 5 months. Costs are reasonable, however would like to see some more incentives or discount offers for customers, as the cost to progress to higher doses can out price some people,,which causes temptation to explore other providers.
Delivery times are not consistent, that could be down the courier choice, however, this has been hard to predict from order date when my order will be delivered, so have had to reply on the kindness of my neighbour to accept my order.

Joining Medexpress was super easy…
Joining Medexpress was super easy receiving the treatment was quick the app is easy to use and follow. I would have preferred to have a cheaper solution but this has been working for me so far and I was becoming desperate with my health concerns. I would recommend others who are not sure what to do to try it because we can easily spend hundreds of £s on other things so why can’t we use that money to help us be better.

Very poor service
Very poor service, contacted them 3 times, only to be fobbed off the last time was by phone.
Placed an order for 5mg diet medication, payment was taken. Then I was told I could only have 2.5 mg, which I accepted. Then I was told they had cancelled the original order and I needed to re-order. It is now 17 days later and the money for the 5mg medication has not been refunded. Today my bank said there is no record of a credit being issued.
MedXpress are yet again suppose to be looking into it.

Very poor experience. Was told I needed a video consultation for a prescription. Booked a slot, turned up on time.. no show from med express. Rebooked, turned up on time. Same again. Not wasting any more of my time so cancelled order and will use another provider.

I had initially found this provider to be useful in obtaining the medication I needed. Then, out of nowhere (and after over a year of taking my money gladly) they messaged me to say they would no longer provide it because of something on my medical record from 26 years ago. I tried to ask them to work with me and my GP but was left with no response for a long period so I have taken my business elsewhere.
