Paid for Express Delivery on 27 May and still haven’t received my order over a week later.
Customer service has been unhelpful, and my refund request has been ignored. Paying extra for express shipping and receiving neither the product nor a refund is unacceptable.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend MedExpress.

I ordered a medication over 8 days ago and nothing received as of yet. I paid extra for next day delivery but since taking my money I heard nothing from anyone. I contacted them over 5 times to chase my order and every time they promised to have it sorted within 24 hours. Absolutely disgusting. I even told them I would be sharing my experience with the world and they didn’t care.

I ordered a weight loss medication only to receive what appeared to be an opened and tampered-with pen. The outer box arrived sealed and undamaged, but the actual medication pen looked as though it had already been used or interfered with. Naturally, I was unwilling to use something I no longer trusted.
I immediately contacted customer services requesting a replacement. I was then asked to provide photographs, which I did promptly. After that, I was asked to submit video evidence, which I also provided. I was then informed they would replace the pen once I agreed to return the “tampered” item along with the packaging using a prepaid returns label before they would consider sending a replacement pen! Unbelievable!
However, when I attempted to return the parcel, the prepaid postage label provided by the company was not recognised by the post office postal service, meaning I was unable to send it back unless I took a long trip to our local sorting office miles away. They now have the returned product and I have sent proof of postage.
This entire process has now dragged on for over 21 days. They have taken my money, I have no medication, and I have spent weeks jumping through hoops trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened in the first place.
The customer service has been appallingly slow and deeply unsatisfactory throughout. Rather than taking responsibility for sending questionable medication, the blame appears to have been shifted between me the customer and the courier.
Would I recommend this company? Absolutely not.
I am still awaiting a proper resolution and will now be contacting my card provider to initiate a chargeback as I am completely done trying to resolve this directly.
Update 1: 27 emails sent with no response to my last 4 emails since returning the tampered with medication. Still no medication or a refund. It’s in the hands of my credit card company now.
Update 2: I am still waiting a refund to be made. I have been informed that my medication replacement has been delivered, it hadn’t. I have not had a delivery notice , tracking or evidence/ proof of a delivery . MedExpress have lied and prolonged acceptable resolution on multiple occasions. I am still without medication and a refund.
This is unacceptable. My medication was paid for on 16/5 /26 , it’s now 4/6/26 . AVOID PLACING ANY ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.
6/6/26 UPDATE 3: still no response, still no medication, still no refund
I will continue to update my review until this complaint has been resolved positively.

Was an easy process to order and was provided updates regularly as to where my order was. Only on day 2 but side effects subsided already. Struggled using first jab as i'm scared of needles. Contacted support team and they were fantastic. Empathetic and accomodating and provided the advice needed from the senior clinicial team in a timely manner. The advisor Traci-Lee was very personable and friendly.
