Great fast service and delivery to your…

Great fast service and delivery to your doorstep, without any of the fuss of having to fight for an appointment then having to return later to collect your medication. The only negative point is the cost which is very high, especially in the current economic climate.

I was quite sceptical at first but …

I was quite sceptical at first but the service and delivery was top drawer, so being on the wrong side of 50 my erections had started to not quite be as hard as they used to be, but after taking one of the pills I reckon I could have hung a soaking wet donkey jacket off it for hours!
Full disclosure, I do get a slight headache when I take the tablets and my face gets a red flush from time to time over the next couple of days afterwards but nothing that I'm concerned about.
All in all a superb purchase and one I'm happy to make again and again.

Misleading

The initial consultation was comprehensive and thorough. The consultant highlighted the fact that MedExpress now offer a loyalty code to stop people shopping around and keep their prices low.

That all sounded great until you try and use the discount code to find a) it doesn't work and b) when queried get told it doesn't exist...

Well i am here again sent MedExpress an email yesterday, and still no reply. this is not the first time this has happened(8700166) This was not an emergency all I received from them was a generic reply email, this not acceptable, and this is the only way I seem to get any answers from them, I will looking else where.

Better finding a different supplier

Ordered a week ago and approved but still not shipped. No real answer for delay or advice on when order will be shipped. Even if order eventually arrives don’t think I would use again as no cheaper and less reliable than other online pharmacies. ☹️

If I could give them a zero rating I…

If I could give them a zero rating I would.

Had a problem with an order. Raised a normal query on it. Failed to respond. Wrote again, failed to respond. Raised a formal complain, failed to respond
Tried to speak with customer services - AI
Eventually spoke to a person who refused to provide any of the information I requested, including the contact details of a manager I could talk to. At best obstructive.
I am now contacting solicitors to take legal recourse, which was fully avoidable from the outset, all it needed was a simple response to a genuine complaint about a faulty product.

Med express have now asked for further details as you can see reference eight seven two one nine five eight.

It is now 10 o'clock in the morning and despite an email promising me that a senior manager would speak to me first thing this morning, that has not happened.

So yet again the company is obstructive and fails to fulfill their process and their policy as well as promises. Not surprising as if the case number is anything to go by, thats nearly 9,000,000 queries / complaints....think about that for a moment before you decide to deal with this bunch of scammers.

So, here we are two days later. Still no phone call, and back trying to talk to some scammer person who claims to be a customer service advisor. Looks like another day of lies.

Three hours in and they have disconnected the conversation again, so, onto scam employee number 4 for the afternnon.

If you have read this far, you should be getting the point now, that you should never deal with them.

Totally dreadful experience on a simple purchase.


Do you ever actually get your purchase? I’m still waiting.
Thought I’d order a pretty basic cortisone cream to try Medexpress..

9 days later it still has not even been dispatched from Medexpress to Royal Mail. It’s “awaiting despatch” like it has been for the last 7 days.

Medexpress have the order number and are aware it’s not been despatched from their site, yet they still insist on sending me pointless emails asking what the problem is! (That ridiculous phrase “reaching out to you”😡)

I’ll probably get another one now! Followed by a survey saying “how did we do?” - to which the answer is “hopelessly” - since I still don’t have what I’ve paid for,

Totally unimpressed.
