This company goes above and beyond with their customers. They're with you from purchase to delivery giving that extra touch. I've done business with them for years and they've never let me down.

You sent me a product I did not buy even though your website and invoice confirmed the product I wanted and thought I was getting. The only good part about this is that you fully refunded me as I requested and I did not have to return the product you sent, even though it was no use for me at all.

Product was excellent and shipping was very quick!

Medex Supply is a scam operation. I should have read the reviews on Trust Pilot before making a purchase. Over 50% of reviewers give them 1 star which makes sense to me now. They shipped a defective product to me and have been giving me the run around for over a month. They keep sending my complaints to the manufacturer and are not giving me an RMA number to return the unit. The manufacturer is making statements that do not even reflect the situation. Do not buy from Medex Supply!

A great experience ordering from Medex Supply The item I was looking for (Kangaroo feeding bags) was in stock, the price was excellent, even with the exchange rate, and the shipping to Canada was within a week. Tracking was provided, updated every step of the way, and the package was delivered to my door in perfect condition I will definitely use Medex Supply again and will recommend to others.

Two items did not meet specs. One had the wrong color, the other too small. Contacted customer service. They said they have to deal with the manufacture before fixing. Since you sold the product to me, not the manufacturer, you're responsible for satisfaction.

The Pick List indicates that two were picked; however, only one was sent.

Placed an order for two Brazos canes. Shipped within 2 days and got them within 5 days from FedEx. Customer service was nice and responsive, when I called to check on my order. Would buy from again no problems!

Item I ordered is the wrong size for my Mom's wheelchair. Told me not to return it, but to discard the product, yet they are still charging me the 15% restocking fee. Total scam.

They made a bogus charge on our credit card!
Attempted fraud!

Bought what I thought was a surgical razor & it was a charger only. Called right away to return and even through the web site claims 100% refund in 30 days - they are charging a 15% restock fee.
BEWARE!!

Medex Supply had what I ordered in stock.
Within a few days I had what I ordered delivered. They are quick to respond to my emails, to deliver the product on time and gave me the tracking number so I could track my supplies. I will definitely order from Medex Supply again!

The customer service representative was so rude and unprofessional. I have a better word in mind of the type of personality that came across but I promised myself that I will never use that word to describe anyone except in my own thoughts. Needless to say, because of such a nasty first impression, I will take my business and money elsewhere. This company needs to be more selective in choosing who they want to present their company and products. It’s a no for me.

My late shipment came today. I am excited to feel relief soon. I bought the LED Therapy Light. I have arthritis in my spine, so does my dog so I am very excited for both of us. My shipment was late but, the company as well as myself tracked it and recognized it was a postal hold up completely no fault to this company. I will let you know how it works in a couple weeks. Good Customer Service and the items were delivered on expected date , I don't know where those negative reviews come from but I highly recommend this website.
