This was a complete run around situation. Had to contact customer service 5 times. After a month of them holding my money they cancelled my order and refunded my money without my authorization.

Ordered medical boxes needed for an upcoming event on 11/5. This morning the order status showed it as partially shipped (this would mean at least 1 item shipped). Shortly after viewing the order status I received and email stating my entire order was canceled.
When questioned about their false advertising they said that they didn't have them in stock and had to order from the manufacturer and the item was discontinued. When asked about the partial shipping "that was an error in the system"
Now I am left without $200 for 3-5 days while they process the refund when all I wanted was the product. They took my money in good faith and get to hide behind the credit card processing as the reason it will take so long to make me whole.
Also, as of this post, the product is still available for purchase on their site so clearly, they are in no hurry to keep from defrauding others.
They didn't deliver even after almost one YEAR waiting.
I placed an order on August 3, 2021. I paid the full amount. They asked me for 3-5 weeks. After many contact (always by me; they never contact me), on May 12,2022 I got tired of waiting and decided to cancel my order. I canceled by e-mail, by phone and through their website. They DIDN'T refund my money so far. And.. They DIDN't answer my calls anymore.

Seeing so many negative reviews about this store, it is fair that I share my totally positive experience with Medex Supply on 2 orders placed quite afar in time between them. The first order was delivered with the item just as described and it was shipped quickly. I placed the second order recently and this order was also delivered with the item just as described. It wasn't shipped quickly, but the item ordered was being backordered from all other online stores due to scarcity and Medex Supply was the only supplier who managed to deliver the item. Also, I got a timely response to one inquiry that I made on my second order. A+!

Don’t ever order from these people - my husband placed an order for some crutches last Tuesday- he paid for two day shipping - never received a tracking number or any additional emails - when he checked the order status late last week it said processing- that’s a shady way to do business - I did receive an email from them today after getting in touch with them via email earlier this week - they said they were out of stock and offered a different kind of crutches or they could cancel the order- I replied back and told them to cancel the order and I wanted a full refund

The mistake was how the photo of the product was grossly misleading.
A flawless experience was worried about the negative reviews.
I finally found the tracheostomy tube on Medex supply website after I failed to get it international ly shipped from other sites and suppliers for more than 40 days.
I has chosen the fastest delivery option.
Then I added an extra product with customer service on the phone.
I did call customer service for a delivery date and they promised to send me an email and they did say it will ship in 2to3 days.
I received an email 3 days later from the courier service that my package was picked up, I received it 3days later. All is in tact.

They substituted without asking some products and although they offered to take them back, I would have to pay the shipping and potentially a 15% "restocking" fee - so not worth it. Will go to other places that charge a little more for the products, but deliver the right thing.

No product, no customer service
I placed an order online and received an email asking for a faxed prescription. I got the script faxed and heard nothing. Over a week later, I sent an email regarding the status of my order and got no response. Today (2 weeks after the order) I called. I was waiting for 20 minutes for customer service and got disconnected. I ended up contacting Sales where a nice man informed me that no one is at the office to receive faxes and my order was still on hold; he also stated that customer service was so backed up, they weren't answering calls. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Though I wasn't too focused on the shipping time, I just noticed my order arrived, so all was good.
Poor excuse for a company
Ordered product from them the "usually ships in 2-3 busineess days. Waited a month and heard NOTHING from them. Spent 20 minutes on phone to get hung up on several times. Sent an email and of course it was someone else fault. Product finally arrived after 6 weeks. Poor quality. NO RESPONSE to requests to return.
Never received product. Had to file dispute with credit card company to get my money back.
I placed an online order for cleaning supplies in March. My card was charged but I never received the product. After several calls and emails which were not returned, I filed a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. Only after that did they issue a refund in late July. Zero customer service.

I placed an order on March 11, 2020. In April they said it was delayed 4-6 weeks, asked for refund in June with no response. Asked again for refund in July and no response. It’s way past the 4-6 week mark with no response from Medex Supply.

Ordered from them twice, one shipment to MO, another to OH. Everything was packaged well, and complete. No delivery delay. Will order again from them. Excellent service.
Charged my card without authorization
This company was not supposed to charge my credit card until I approved their shipping charges (which I did not). I requested a refund and was told that I would receive it in "1 to 2 weeks." After two weeks, nothing had changed. I'm now (hopefully) waiting for my bank to fix the situation. Unacceptable, unprofessional behavior for a company.

Irreputable company
Irreputable company. Price gouging and do not follow their own policies. Filed a complaint with my credit card and got my money back. Still out the return shipping cost. Will be filing a complaint with Better Business bureau and posting low reviews.
They charge your card and you never hear from them again
They immediately charge your card for the items purchased, then you don't hear from them again. Multiple inquiries go unanswered. I may have to file a complaint with my credit card company.
I had ordered 2 bottles of hand…
I had ordered 2 bottles of hand sanitizer. When I opened the bubble envelope there was sanitizer all over the inside of the bag. I contacted the company through a link they provide for questions and problems, and a day later I received an email saying the issued was resolved and ticket was closed. ???
No one contacted me through email to say what the resolution would be. Soooo, I contacted them through their link again. The next day, same thing. The ticket was closed.
Toxic
Our hand sanitizer arrived. It had a horrible odor when i unscrewed the lid. I dipped the tip of my little finger into the gel and almost immediately felt a burning sensation in my mouth and tongue. That teeny bit caused a terrible reaction, I DID NOT INGEST IT OR DRINK IT. This product appears toxic. My reaction to the odor and tiny skin contact was immediate.
Please believe Eileen (posted before me) and I.
I have reported to FDA. Ten hours later and that odor is still prevalent. We have sequestered the shipment in garage hopefully FDA will request testing.
