"Once you log in, you will be able to use this function" blah blah blah, you sign up for a stupid site like this, they have your email, and then they still ask you to buy a membership, when they said the only thing needed was logging in

"One click everything done"... but before that create an account.... want to do something now? PAY US! .... basically a scam to get your data and force you to pay them to get anything.

... This alone is shitty. And if you actually make an account, they are now forcing you to choose a paid tier.

So they use your time - Take your data - And then try to sell you stuff, that was not advertised as costing anything prior.

I registered with Media.io and got Wondershare. I couldn't see any free apps on Wondershare. I logged into Media.io and was supposed to have access to all apps but got none. All said try it, then when I did it said it required payment. 'Customer Service' refused to refund me.

Good job wasting people's time with your terrible subscription tactics.

I would never have expected something like this for such a large company, I bought a subscription for a year, after a few months of sporadic use of music generation, a message started popping up that I should buy credits because I don't have them anymore, of course I didn't use all of them and the profile still said, that I have a lot of them, when I wrote to the support they sent me to wait until someone wrote from the main department, after waiting a few days, I got a message that I had to send them screenshots and the default file, when I wanted to do it, strangely enough, the download is already working, for the time I wasted waiting, and for my losses related to using their services, no one was held responsible, this is one big mockery

lure you with a free trial, but can not even test any ai featueres. what a damn scam.

Googled free online video editor, no watermark.
This claims that. Then upon signing up it lets you know that it can be 720p with watermark, anything else requires payment. Make this well known before wasting our time. Stuff like this was FREE and part of windows like 15 years ago, how do you ask for payment for it? It's super basic too. Charge for your software, not for this.

I tried testing it on a photo of my son as a child. I set it to his present age and it looked nothing like him as he looks now. They just made the face bigger.

Positively the worst platform imaginable, it's all been described in this section too; watermark even when it's a paid version (and it said there wouldn't be), platform keeps timing out and deleting some of the content, the video editor in of itself is very limited and not user-friendly at all and finally there is no point of contact that can help you with any of this - they are hiding behind their terrible solutions. Stay away from this one.

They adveretise as FREE no watermark video editio, this is a lie!!! They have an option for no watermark but its only for PAYED version, so they are lieing about offering no watermarks when infact thats all they do all the corners of the video will be effected watermark even more anoying here than others because it gets displayed in every single corner so its 4x more anoying! Garbage program made by garbage liers

They promise a watermark free content, but only until you're finish editing they force you to pay in order to remove the watermark. big waste of time

The network kept timing out and I couldn't complete anything despite having a paid membership. When I asked for assistance, they just kept sending me "help" articles that I have already read. This is a complete crap program!

The company might be fine, but the music generated from prompts is terrible. I tried simple and more detailed prompts for gentle music and I got really loud crashing high pitched repetitive music. I would not pay for this if they can’t even get the samples to test out to sound right.

Terrible and not realistic, overpriced and misleading, also not the best user experience with the platform, not as easy to use as it could be but the end result just makes it 1 star all the time. I will try to get my money back but as usual, these kind of programs dont pay back fees

The service is claimed to be "free" until you provide your information and waste time. Then it's suddenly not at all free and you need to pay to download your video. An honest scam!

The website is plastered with claims of being "free" and "completely free", so you upload your video, let the programme make some okay(ish) improvements, then you create an account so you can download the result...
At this point, it becomes decidedly NOT free at all, and you need to pay for the download.
This is false advertising at its worst!

I had an issue with my purchase and was unable to reach a service rep on the phone. I decided to give the online Chat feature a try, although I have never had any success with using Chat help from any other product or service that I had used in the past. But the Wondershare Chat rep was able to help resolve the issue quickly.
