We asked Media First to provide some social media training for us, which included some analysis of our current approach, exploring best practice and practical examples. We were very impressed with the calibre of the trainer: a university lecturer with genuine expertise in the field and the right blend of practical business experience and academic knowledge.

The session was invaluable. The trainer gave us lots of outsider feedback on our accounts and how we use them, posed some challenging questions and gave us lots of ideas and discussion points that we will take forward.

We partnered with Media First for a series of media training sessions and were very happy with their approach. The team are professional and took the time to understand the nuances of our business, which resulted in tailored training that benefitted everyone involved. We already have follow up sessions booked!

Media First provided Kuwait Petroleum Aviation with Crisis Communications training. Our crisis media response team received media response training, utilising experienced journalists as the trainers. The media team learned a great deal and found the interactive sessions were useful.

Media First delivered training for 10 to 20 colleagues recently and did so with impressive insider experience, energy, patience and humour. The feedback I had from the trainees was almost unanimously positive. I personally find the blogs worth reading - they don't flinch from handling political hot potatoes - but do so from a technical and professional perspective. This underscores the message that the company's offering is to help its clients survive in the real world.
