My item was much cheaper than any of the other stores I looked at, and the delivery to the store was faster than was originally told to me. Brilliant service. I will definitely be buying from them again.

MediaMarkt’s products are generally of high quality, but their reliance on GLS as a delivery partner has been a major disappointment. In my experience, GLS is plagued by constant delays, fabricated delivery attempts, and outright lies from both drivers and customer service representatives. Because of this unacceptable level of dishonesty and unreliability, I refuse to buy anything further from MediaMarkt until they partner with a trustworthy alternative, such as Österreichische Post.

I am writing to formally raise a serious concern regarding one of your partner sellers, Brightake Store AT.

Unfortunately, my personal experience with this partner has been extremely negative. My order was never delivered, despite repeated attempts to obtain information. Communication from their side has been practically non-existent, and the money has been taken without the goods being provided.

After experiencing this myself, I also discovered that many other customers report the same issue: orders not being shipped, no response to emails or phone calls, and customers being left without either their products or refunds.

This situation raises a very important question for me as a customer of MediaMarkt:
Is it normal practice for MediaMarkt to cooperate with partners who behave in this manner, or is this an unfortunate oversight?

Associating with such sellers seriously damages customer trust and, frankly, harms the reputation of the MediaMarkt brand. As a customer, I expect that partners advertised on your platform meet basic standards of reliability, transparency, and consumer protection.

I would appreciate a clear response on how MediaMarkt addresses such cases and what steps you take when a partner repeatedly fails customers in this way.

We did go to buy hair straightener and phone and it was great cheap they helped us so much but I hope they will get iPhone 12 in shops cuz I can’t buy online and I don’t have bank card 😥🥺

When you find your items cheap, it is very convenient to buy it from local markt, I buyed it online and collected it next day from market. Less than 24h.

We actually went to your store in Plus City first. But the older gentleman working there was extremely rude. It was obvious he didn't enjoy his job. But it wasn't the customers' fault. I will never buy anything from that store again. This is the second time this has happened.
