Old school!

The process of buying and selling an old phone was disastrous ! What current technology allows you to do in a short amount of time took the ‘smart’ bar in MM people hours- and in the end came up with a ridiculous oldfashioned ‘solution’. I spent 3 hours there and still had to come back. MM never again!
Also -I have now tried unsuccessfully and unsurprisingly to contact MM, den Haag. They never came back to me! Unbelievable bad customer service!
