i purchased two items weighing 200 grams charged 8 quid for first class royal mail waited 11 days
dont give these parasites your money
companies like this should be shut down

Placed an order months ago. Never arrived. Tried to contact them but no response. They took my money and I have nothing to show for it. They are probably con artists. I suspect all the good reviews are made up and are false. Please do not use this company.

I ordered insulin needles over a month ago, and paid £8 for next day delivery. Since then emailed countless times and tried ringing no response no delivery. Big con artists!!

Placed first order on the 3rd Jan 2020 with 24 hr delivery. Card charged the same day. Now Tuesday 7th and still no order. Been trying to phone since 11.00 am and cannot speak to anyone as they are all busy.Tried till nearly 5pm then message saying now closed.I have sent two e mails but still no reply. Would never use this company again.

They took my money but failed to tell me the items in my order were not in stock. They didn’t answer the phone when I called. When I did establish contact, by email, I told them I needed the catheters by a certain deadline. Again they did not deliver and did not notify me what had happened. After chasing the order up a second time, they refused to refund me. I then turned to manufacture of the product - Bard - which had great customer service and very quick turn around. My advice is don’t use MediBargains. If there’s a problem, they won’t tell you, and, even if you manage to contact them, and you have an excellent case, you won’t get your money back.
