The filler was not delivered for…
The filler was not delivered for several weeks. I actually called and had to ask it be sent, but the associate said he put it in at the warehouse and it would be shipped that day, but I didn't get a shipping notice for several days after that, so that seems untrue. I would have liked a notification if it wasn't to be shipped in a normal amount of time. It caused me to lose patients

received the item in poor condition
received the item in poor condition. The box was crushed and ripped open because of poor packing.
The item was shipped in an envelope instead of a box to prevent damage.
When i raised this issue and sent pictures of the damaged product, I got a response from your office that if the actual device is not damaged, i shouldnt be concerned.
The item was not in salable condition . We had to discount it to make the patient accept it in open and damaged packing.
