Let down by family members firm

This is my cousins firm and I wanted to seek justice for my mom who has suffered neglect in a care home. It took them 2 months to tell me they could not represent me and spoke to me very offensively and harshly. I have also been falsely accused of jeopardising the case and they refuse to offer any help. I had to keep chasing for a response and initiated everything with the assigned solicitor. Terrible communication and terrible firm and very upset with being spoken to so badly by a family member.
I really did not want to write this as was hoping for a swift and peaceful resolution and for my mom to be properly represented but this was not what I received and I am so sad.

Amazing people!

I first contacted Medical Solicitors in a state of turmoil, pain, anger and confusion . i had previously spoken to four different Medical negligence specialists who refused to take on my case as it was 'too complicated ' . I was expecting the same response but instead of contacting the 'television advertised ' I went to Medical Solicitors.

I was treated completely different. I was listened to, treated with the upmost respect and they allowed me to tell my version of events. Upon gaining the factual evidence they agreed to take on my case. Not only is the attention to detail to my individual case  astounding, but the knowledge,  expertise and advice has been second to none. I really feel like they have supported me, not only with the details of the case but also my mental well being. Not only are they professional but they are caring, compassionate and strive to get to the truth. I cannot recomend them enough to anyone.

My representative,  Matthew Brown has been exceptional,  he knows my case inside and out, he has listened to me cry, laugh,  anxious, depressed.  He has never faltered in his dedication to my case. Excellent
