One push on the pendant button and help arrives within 10 minutes. Have needed them after falling 3 times with once required hospitalization. I would not be without this devise.

It works well. Thank goodness I haven't had to use it.

My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase. We found the sales staff to be very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We appreciate that we didn’t feel pressured to make a decision. We like the small size of the units and I like the smaller, ladylike nylon cord. We had additional questions when our units arrived and customer service walked us through effectively. Everything about the device worked fine. The paramedics came quickly once when the button was pushed by accident!

This last unit you sent has been fine, but you charged me a lot for the first one that never worked right, After quite some time someone realized I'd been sent an AT&T unit which doesn't work well in my area. They switched me to Comcast and I've had no more problems with the unit and I've been charged MUCH less for it. I don't want to switch to another one

It has been nice to have the security of this device and every time we’ve tested it the responses have been quite prompt.

My device stopped working after about three weeks. It wouldn't take a charge. It no longer had voice communication. I have asked for my money back. We'll see how that goes

Fortunately, we have not needed to use it for an emergency. When we tried it for a test, it took a little while to connect, so that was a concern.
