The company is outstanding. Its products are very good. The necklace pendant's battery life needs improvement.

I did not like that the man I spoke with appeared to not be concerned with my device not being functional. It seemed as though he could do nothing because Verizon was having a problem. I said I never had this problem until my device was changed to Verizon and asked if he could change it back. There was no response to that. Every other interaction I’ve had with personnel has been excellent!

I have not had to use it yet but all other transactions with them have been great.

I’m usually very pleased with the help from Medical Guardian. But the last time I tested my pendant, the recording didn’t hear me talking and transferred me to an agent who took about 5 minutes to pick up my call. The agent also had trouble hearing me but said that my device was working correctly. I called Medical Guardian to speak to a representative but was on hold for over 10 minutes and no one answered the call.

Medical Guardian was there every time they were needed. This was used by my sister who had many falls. It was a relief knowing we could count on them.

After researching various products that claim the same results, Medical Guardian was my choice. All of my questions were answered with clarity, the device is simple to use. Great value for my hard earned money.

They have provided services just as they have advertised.

Always talk to a real person and everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. They always work hard to address any issues or concerns

I haven't had to use it yet, but each time I do a check-up, someone comes on immediately and tells me everything works fine.
When I dropped it accidentally, someone responded right away to check on me, which gave me great confidence in my Guardian.

We paid $25 extra for 2 day delivery on a Thursday before 4:00pm on Friday at 5pm we are notified it will be delivered on Tuesday. That is not a 2 day delivery especially when I asked Michael the sales guy if they would be delivering on the weekend and the answer was yes. I tried calling customer service and after 15 minutes holding no answer. I see Amazon has the exact same thing I ordered that can be delivered on Sunday! Only 24 hours in and I am ready to go with another company!

If I accidentally pushed the button, they always responded, I have not really had to use it outside of making a mistake of pushing

Fell broke my hip. Children insisted. So I could come home from nursing home.

No problem. I occasionally sound off by mistake , but the voice is on the line immediately with “press the button to delete”. All works well.. thank you.

I don't like the size of the blinking light. It shows through my clothes drawing the attention of many (especially kids who comment on it.) This is even though I wear it with the light facing my body.
I also don't like being without it while it is charging.

I'm sure that the device and service are fine, but when I went to cancel and request a refund for a year of no use following the death of my mother (grief is a lot, and I missed that we were paying for this service), I was told by the first person to sign the cancellation document. So I did. And then she transferred to the cancellation person, who told me that since I had signed the document/cease and desist I would not be considered for a refund. If the first person had told me to hold off on signing before talking to the next person, the outcome might have been different. The only upside is that we paid extra for the protection plan, so the devices that my dad disposed of following my mom's death was covered, and we avoided a $300+ fee.

Actually, I haven't had an opportunity to use it. We'll see once I do.

I accidentally set off the alarm on my watch without realizing it and since I had the ringer on my phone turned off I didn't know I had missed several followup calls from Guardian AND from my emergency back up contact!!
I happened to go in the room where my phone was & saw lights flashing so picked it up. 911 was calling!! Since I didn't answer any phone calls an emergency crew had already been dispatched to my residence! I tried to cancel the dispatch but it was too late and they were already knocking on my door..complete with hatchet!
I'm so sorry I caused all the trouble but it was very reassuring to know the whole chain of command really works! Thank You Medical Guardian!!
