22 Days back I had my septoplasty and konka reduction surgery in medical park, Gazi Osman pasha branch. I really have to appreciate my medical consultant sajeel murad who everyday listened my everything and suggested me everything according and very professionally. I can’t thank him enough for his incredible support.
Secondly, my dr was Dr Akin zengin, who performed my surgery, he was an absolutely experienced surgeon. Anybody can feel his experience of work in his confidence level and his words. I absolutely recommend him for any kind of ENT patient.

I have recently returned from Antalya and Medical Park filling gastric sleev surgery… I worked with Medical consultant Sajeel Murad and translator and Dr Gokhan Ates.
I had lots of support via WhatsApp prior to travelling and everything ran very smoothly. From being collected at the airport to all tests and explanations of the procedure. All nurses and doctors were so professional and patient… taking time to explain what was happening. A translator was available at all times when ever needed… I was supported with my medication following treatment also including ensuring I was able to fly with fit to fly certificates and letters for prescriptions.

Our experience was good at start our appointment was not on the day as it was said, but quickly they knew it was a mix up and their fault. They gave an appointment within a day even though the doctor was fully booked they managed to squeeze us in and we didn't even wait long. It was a really good help that they did. The doctor was Amazing worked with detail. Hopefully it works our treatment.

I am Mahbuba Salem and have a simple request. I underwent a breast surgery on 5th of May 2023 at the Medical Park hospital, Bahcelievler by Prof. Ozgur Kemik, which I am thankful for.
I received an invoice for the amount of 5150 USD. For processing of my claim, the insurance company asks for the breakdown of the invoice amount. i.e : fee of the doctor, fee of the anesthetist, cost of operation theater, cost of bed, medicine etc. However, as much as I struggled and showed the samples from other hospitals, I could not get the requested breakdown, they say that it’s a package. Even if it’s a package, it should have a breakdown. Therefore, my claim could not be processed and remained pending. I think this is my right to get this information and would appreciate it if you help me in this regard.

I’d been
Researching plastic surgery clinics for 3 years. Unfortunately covid restrictions came along & I decided to wait until it was safe to travel. Researching is a daunting process & I’d question whether the reviews were genuine.Let’s not forget, it’s your hard earned money & your body & you want to be happy with the results.
By a stroke of luck a friend who’d moved to Barcelona had just posted pics of herself on social media. I’ve know her for over 25 years & although she’s always been beautiful I couldn’t believe my eyes. I thought she’d used every filter known to man. However, she’d recently returned from Medical park hospital & was overjoyed with her results. In effect my she was my saviour.
I was promptly contacted by Mahmoud & he guided me through every step of the process, his English is excellent & he put me at ease. I booked my trip, but unfortunately I had a bad throat infection & the anaesthetist refused as the op’could’ve caused lung problems or pneumonia. After a short disappointment, I was pleased as I believe other clinics would’ve taken my money & proceeded. Within 1 hour Mahmoud had organised transport & a hotel in a stunning location ( he was very ill at the time, but he still came into work to look after me).
I decided to have a holiday instead & rebooked 6 weeks later. The whole process was flawless & I couldn’t have done it without his help, he really does care about his clients.
Mahmut was also incredibly helpful. He chaperoned me throughout the hospital & was with me through every step of the way. He organised transport for every journey ( provided within the price) & his English is also perfect! He even called me at 5.30 am on departure to make sure I was in my car en route to the airport.
I am absolutely delighted with my results. I had blepharoplasty ( upper & lower eye surgery). For years I’d look in the mirror & sigh at my tired eye bags & now I smile. It’s brought a whole new lease of energy & excitement into my life & given me a whole new perspective & a huge confidence boost. It’s also enhanced my career & relationship as I’m feeling more confident.
I really can’t thank my surgeon, Mahmoud & Mahmut enough!!!
I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending anyone to approach Mahmoud, he will not pressure you or bombard you with endless calls & is a true kind professional! He even took time to meet me for a coffee post surgery.
