Oct update - my mums one of the wounds got infected to a point that it was life threatening. Thanks god to hospital services in UK that took mum into emergency and operated straight away. I think the hospital shouldn’t have discharged her given her infections are slightly on increase just before discharge. They should keep their clients Atleast one week after the surgery has completed and do some follow ups. Now mum has to go through recovery of the wound that will take months in hospital because they had to cut out all infected tissue from her abdomen.

Excellent service. Mum went through Gastric Sleeve and was assisted throughout. Adib Zeer is an amazing consultant and supported us throughout the journey. Everyone worked really hard to do all the pre tests and operation on Day 2. hospital was lovely and clean. Hotel was amazing. They created the whole package for us.

The only two downsides I would call out is

availability of taxis - they only had these luxury vans which are great for normal people but for my short overweight mum with arthritis it was hard to get in and out of.

Hospital stay for +1 - hotel was lovely but stayed at hospital with mum was hard because it was only a single sofa bed however I did appreciate that I could go to hotel any time but I didn’t want to leave mum.

I was from Ethiopia. I was treated at neurology clinic of Medical-park hospital Gaziosmanpasa five months ago. First person I met for treatment process was Mr. Sajeel Murad. I had extensive conversation on what’s up with Mr. Sajeel to arrange my treatment. Amazingly he was kind and patient person. For five months he replied and gave me all information I seek about the hospital. It was after five months communication with him that I decided to be treated at the hospital. He also very cooperative in providing all necessary documents from hospital side to swiftly process visa. He tirelessly arranged shuttle pickup from airport and gave me hotel information. Really am so great full and honor his service.

On arrival to the hospital he helped to meet all necessary staffs like translator and others. Then I final met my doctor, prof. Dr. Dursun Kirbas, who is also amazing professor that treated me with high professional standard. Am also thankful to prof and his team.

I had gastric sleeve surgery on August 21st and everything went very well and I feel great, losing weight and gaining quality of life.

During the entire process from the beginning I was very well guided by Mahmoud who organized everything from admission, translator, transfers and hotel and continues to support me to this day if I have any questions.

The medical team and all the nurses were very attentive and extremely qualified, the hospital facilities are great, everything is very new and clean, I certainly made the right choice and if I undergo a new procedure in the future I will look for them again.

My time at Medical Park was excellent. Sajeel was a fantastic consultant who helped me all the way through the process. He followed up with me right up until this day. The amazing doctor Dr. Mustafa was also very kind and gracious. Atahan, the translator, performed an excellent job, even setting up my transportation. My results were excellent, and I'm incredibly happy with how my hair is currently looking.

A minor suggestion is that post-surgery follow-up should be enhanced.

After vigorous research, I chose to have my dental implant done at medical park hospital by Dr. Emrah Dilaver.
I contacted the chief medical consultant of the hospital Mr. Sajeel Murad who was extremely professional and promptly arranged my visit to the hospital perfectly.
My personal coordinator Mr. Elyas was efficient and precise and took good care of everything.
Mr. Riyadh Ghazi was also an excellent person and efficient coordinator.
Dr. Emrah was very welcoming and friendly who discusses and explains in detail the process of the treatment.

Used medical park Istanbul, Dr Caghan Peksen for bariatric surgery. From the moment I got a quote Hadir the medical consultant, he was there for me to answer any questions, and reassure me. Translators Hason and Atahan were fantastic, I was alone and they were so empathetic and kept in touch with my family when I could not - which I am sure is going above and beyond job role. My translator at night got me an adaptor to charge my phone as I forgot mine without me asking, unfortunately I cannot remember his name was a crazy few days. Nursing staff were so kind, and efficient, really high quality. Room was everything I could ask for! The surgeon knew I was staying in a hotel after and wasnt 100% happy to discharge me, so kept me in an extra night, regular blood tests, temp checks, blood pressure checks, round the clock care and meals (liquids due to my surgery), all free of charge. I felt so safe and knew I was in safe hands, my health was a priority, not the bed space. Room was great and everything just was so smooth. It felt like I was on a wellness retreat apart from the pain, which cannot be helped. Hotel that was organised for me for fab, one of the best I have been in. Pick ups and drop offs smooth, friendly drivers. Would go back tomorrow! Never expected such an amazing experience considering it was my first surgery! Cannot thank all the staff enough! If I could I would give more than 5* for the service I got from the moment I put in an enquiry! Not to mention 12 months aftercare where I just message and they will check out with the Dr or dietician any worries or concerns I have! I went to MedicaPark for hair transplant twice, in 2022 and 2023. Both surgeries were performed at İstinye University Liv Hospital. It took about 8000 grafts to cover the entire area, which was done - quickly and efficiently - in just two operations. More than a year has has already passed since the first treatment, and the transplanted hair look healthy and grow rapidly. I hope that with the second operation's results will be just as high.

I was pleasantly surprised by the highest quality of medical services and the level of service in the clinic overall, as well as a highest possible proficiency of the doctor's team. The clinic itself is equipped with all the latest medical technology. Exceptionally friendly staff. At all steps, there was an interpreter nearby who helped to correctly understand the meaning of the manipulations performed, and translated the recommendations and requirements of doctors in detail.

My experience at Medical Park was great. Dr Yakup Cil, our translator Atahan did an extremely good job. Dr Yakup was a great doctor and did my surgery better than I expected. My results turned out really good and I love my new body. Athan, was very respectful and very helpful. He did not make us feel uncomfortable and was very understanding. Sajeel was an okay consultant.

Excellent service starting with consultation and until today. I had my tummy tuck and vaser lipo suction along with thigh lift on 4-sept-2023. Sajeel being a friendly person was helping and answering all the question pre-operative and post-operative after discussing with the Dr. Cem and I received the answers from him within an hour or two. Dr. Cem clearly explained about the procedure and prepared me for the surgery. Post surgery he told me how the surgery went and gave me confidence that am going to be back in good shape after healing. Last but not least Ibrahim, the translator. The day I boarded the flight from Sweden and until the return back, he was following up with me and was translating every single conversation with the nurses and other people at the hospital. He went one step ahead by offering me help to buy medicines which I had to take for next few days and explained me how it should be taken. Overall, Excellent Service by the whole team. I would like to thank the staff of Samsun VM Medical park for their absolute dedication to their work. The representative Adib promptly contacted me as soon as I sent my first enquiry and was with us throughout our whole journey. Even though he was in touch with us only via Whatsapp, he was able to support us and help us whenever we had questions. My doctor Pervin Karli has shown her professionalism, dedication to her work and great patience even when things got really difficult for me (I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis before my IVF journey and had to go through a surgery). Her positive energy and humour made the whole experience really easy for us.
My translator Zeynep accompanied me to every important meeting and her positivity and support meant a lot to me. All the staff at Medical Park showed true kindness and hospitality to me throughout my whole IVF journey and we can’t thank them enough. Thanks to them we are now expecting our first baby!

Today I had a free consultation at the GOP hospital. I need dental implants and Moni Andarzgoo was assisting me from start to finish, she arranged for me the consultation asap, and had met me there right on time.
First of all, I was impressed by the facilities, it's spacious and clean, secondly, the whole process was well organized and smooth, I was provided with Russian speaking translator , Azat, who was also extremely polite and helpful.
After FREE panoramic x-ray my situation was observed not only by one, but more than 3 doctors, because it's quite complicated. The
orthodontist surgeon was professional and straight to the point and what I liked the most is that he offered solution to save my natural teeth while I was preparing for "All on 4" set of teeth. He really showed care for patient's well-being, and it's exceptional. Unfortunately I didn't ask his name...
I was also surprised that all doctors spoke English, so I could communicate with them directly, avoiding any misunderstanding.
By the end Ms.Gamze gave me straight forward quote with no hidden charges, which is also important. The price for the amount of the work that had to be done ,was sensible as well.
I still want to go for second opinion, but already charmed by the whole experience and professionalism. Good job GOP and special thanks to Moni, who made this possible and stayed with me till the end and even had coffee with me to discuss some details. Five star experience!

I had rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty at the end of July, 2023 in Medical park Maltepe hospital in Istanbul. The staff of this hospital were very unprofessional and rude. They completely ignore all my requests: to bring extra blanket or ice and water or change medicine dropper. They are not carrying about international patients at all. I was very disappointed and stressed in full.
My surgeon was dr Ali Gokkaya. He came to my ward just for 5 minutes before my surgery. I expected to discuss about my expectations and make my dream nose imitation, but together with coordinator Hakan they tried to sell me Botox and lipo filling. Week after dr Ali Gokkaya should remove cast from my nose and tape it. But he did not do it and send me with cast to the airport. He said cast will be dropped in 3 days by it own. Finally, my nose looks better, but hump still on and seams on my eyes are visible and red. I am not satisfied with the results.
The staff in this hospital do not speak English even no basic language.

Very accomodating, very friendly staff. The surgery was performed efficiently with minimal discomfort. So far the transplant looks promising.

I had a breast lift surgery at the medical park pendik branch yesterday, my doctor, Burak, assistants, nurses, thank you very much to my agent Fouad, they all do their job properly and they took great care of me.

Couple days ago I had tummy tuck and one area liposuction surgery at the Medical Park Florya Hospital in Istanbul. The experience was 100% positive, the hospital was clean and the staff was friendly and positive.
I managed to book my surgery true Kadir Makran - Medical Consultant who looked after me so well. Every issue I come up with, Mr Kadir has been responded and sorted straight away without giving me any additional stress. The support I had during my stay in the hospital was carried after I arrived home along side with the right advice. I had lung surgery in Medikal Park Gaziosmanpaşa. Everything was excellent, and I am really happy that I have chosen this hospital. I want to say thank you to my surgeon Galbınur Abdullayev for his professional behavior. To medical consultant Sajeel Murad, who supported me and really helped me in such a hard situation. To russian translator Nargiz, who helped me to understand that everything is alright.
