All round positive experience. From setting things up with Mahmoud to the hospital itself.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience in Maltepe branch. If I can give ‘0’ rate I would like to give this rate. Rude staff, long queue even it is private hospital. You can clearly see there is a problem with management side. Some people doesn’t have any booking can easily walk before your appointment. It was so disappointing !!! While they do that they don’t have any shame so whatever! What a shame! I will not visit this hospital again. I found better hospital than this one.

I wouldn’t recommend this hospital at all ..
they referred me to different specialists that she doesn’t speak English.. I requested a female translator at the appointment I’ve got a male translator that I couldn’t use.. the professor was a surgeon that she wants to do me a surgery before even talking.. I didn’t even get a diagnosis.. I still don’t know anything about my problem since I didn’t get proper medical services neither a translator that I can use.. I asked for my money back since I feel like it was like scam and I didn’t get any value back from the money paid.. the manager refused and she said that I got the service that I paid for.. don’t go to that hospital they just want to take your money

Mahmoud provided excellent assistance with prompt and detailed communication. The comprehensive service included seamless transportation from the airport to the hotel, hospital, and back. The professional staff, along with a translator, effectively addressed any language barriers. Clear instructions were given both before and after the treatment. The hospital premises and equipment demonstrated high hygiene standards. Overall, a top-notch experience with attentive care at every step.

I’m very grateful for excelent 5 star service and most importantly I’m very happy with the result. This is the best investment in myself that I ever done . Highly recommend. Excellent staff who made myself comfortable and kept me informed throughout the whole procedure. The team at the Hospital were very professional and Atahan and Mahmoud were excellent at communicating with any questions I had.

The whole service was arranged by Malmoud at Medical Park Antalya. The customer service was exceptional and the quality of care provided by the doctor who was the specialist in charge of my mum's treatment was extremely thorough. We were provided with English speaking interpreter who worked at the hospital. Overall extremely happy with Medical Park Antalya Hospital Turkey. My mother travelled from the UK on 2 occasions and was seen on time of her appointment. A big thanks to Mahmoud for arranging everything.

I got the inquiry for my procedure on the same day with flexibility to choose an option without the accommodation. The service provided by Moni via WhatsApp was absolutely excellent. All information that I needed was provided swimmingly and I was able to make a very last minute appointment for my operation.
The hospital was very clean and the staff were extraordinarily kind to all patients. Their English was limited, but you get provided with a translator at the location who will stay with you during the procedure. Very highly recommended for the price and quality provided!

At the beginning, I sent them a message enquiring about their services, the Medical consultant Sajeel Murad was very prompt at responding and provided me with all the information I needed, he was very friendly and booked for appointments for my family. They were very happy and satisfied with the facility, services and care they received. Dr. Cevdat Kaya, the Urologist was excellent and the translator Hasan was extremely helpful. Medical Park, Gaziosmanpasha. I come from Kazakhstan. A month ago, my son underwent surgery on his right ear at the clinic of the Medical Park Hospital, Gaziosmanpasha. I am eternally grateful to the doctor, the highly professional Burak Karabulat and his team, the clinic staff, for the care and treatment, the translator Azat, who helped us in everything.
Gaziosman. Before that, he operated on his left ear, which, with the help of Allah and the light hand of the doctor, Burak stopped bothering. Dr. Burak is a surprisingly kind and sympathetic person. Always keeps in touch, answers questions. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Burak and his team. Special thanks to the translator Azat, who organized the transfer, hotel, and professional translation.

One week back from visiting Medicalpark Hospital for a full smile makeover and can honestly say that I am delighted with the results and can’t stop smiling. The whole process was made effortless with the assistance of Moni who organised everything in advance and answered any questions I had and I had a lot. From day one everything went to plan and I was advised of every step of my procedures. I had an amazing dentist Eylul Mercan Aslan who was really professional, friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant considering she had a tough job on her hands with my transformation. I also had the pleasure of Cubra Kanturk another exceptional dentist who performed some root canal work during the preparation, she took her time to achieve a great base for my bridge of crowns. Both dentist worked late on into the evening to make sure my schedule of works went to plan without any delays. All the staff at the hospital where truly amazing along with Moni and Hasan our translators. Would highly recommend Medicalpark hospital. So pleased with the final results and have never smiled so much in my life since :)

Excellent service. Had my eye lenses replaced at 1 o'clock out by 5.30pm. Next day eyesight better than I remember. Could not falt this hospital.

After speaking with someone who had their hair transplant done here, I contacted Medical Park late August to get a consultation. I was contacted promptly by Medical Consultant Sajeel Murad who was very responsive to any questions I had regarding the logistics of travelling to get this procedure and all that was involved. Over the coming weeks Sajeel kept in regular contact with me ensuring I was prepared prior to travelling. I was allocated a translator, Atahan Kılıçlar, who was also very responsive to any questions or concerns. On arrival in Istanbul, Atahan arranged all my transfers between the airport/hotel/hospital during my stay with no issues. As for the surgery, the team were very good and the procedure went well. Sajeel has remained in touch and continues to answer any queries I have post procedure. I will review the outcome of the transplant in a years time when I have the end results.

My expectations were truly exceeded, Moni first contacted me as I was enquiring about Rhinoplasty and possible Hair Transplant. She made everything very easy for me to understand as her English was great. Moni worked round my needs and availability liaising with the surgeons and constantly kept me updated. She made me feel reassured and not pressured, after having contacted a few company’s this was a different approach. I like how this is done directly with the hospital and is not any cowboy clinics that you hear of.

In my package I was put up in a 5 star hotel, all transfers included during my stay and constant support from Moni and Translator Hasan who was busy but tried his best to make sure things got done.

Only regret is I waited all these years to do it and it was made easy by Moni and the team. She also visited me and showed genuine interest on my progress. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if I ever decide to have any surgery. A big thank you to Moni and the Surgeons. I’m delighted with the results and look better than I could have ever imagined.

It’s a great experience for me. The doctors are so nice and served me with an adorable smile. The supporting stuffs are really awesome . Treatment procedures were unquestionable and the hospital is well equipped. The premise was simply superb. I am grateful to medical consultant Mr. Sajeel Murad & translator Mr. Atahan for their kind and continuous cooperation from dawn to dask.
