I really appreciate how quick and informative my medical advisor Siham Arvas was. I have too many times in Istanbul but I can say that I had the best customer service ever this time. Everything was on track from the beginning to the end.
Gratitude.

Hospital was really clean. The ladys working there as transtators on the other hand were extremly rude. Even tho I paid for the procedure, they were willing to send me back home in a really bad stage and kept declining my right to be treated as I was really ill and dehidrated. They kept telling me 'you are not a pacient here', 'don't you have a hospital in Romania to go to?' and ' you can get IV drops from hospital in Romania!'. Plus when I started demanding for tratament, all 2 translators(Galina, Daniela and the other one-forgot her name) started being extremly rude and shout at me. They started saying that they are busy and don't have time to stay and take me to tratament, that they always work overtime and not get paid enough. Plus because of this, all of them started denying the tratament for my sister. They also misteriously forgot to send the list of blood tests for my sister and proper food list and plan for my sister.

So overall, my sister's and my experience with Medical Park was discusting, really bad, unprofessional and would not want it for anyone else.

God blessed me for sending me to Medical Park. Thanks to the customer service staff Siham and her supervisor Omar for their extreme professionalism. Thanks to this lovely Georgian lady at the hospital reception for her empathy and big smile. I was more than impressed by Medical Park customer service. 👏

i recieved gastric sleeve surgery from medical park hospital and its a very well equiped hospital I had an amazing expirience and got provided with all my medicine on time and receive great care my coordinate fouad did an amazing job as he translated and always helped whenever I needed also he supported me well through out my procedure and I'm Still open to ask him questions regarding any problem I face due to my surgery

Medical park is a complete scam! Don’t go there fellas, I went there for a hair transplant and they did a really poor job on me, they destroyed my donor area, it’s completely over harvested. They don’t care if you have good results or not they just want to take your money.

I was recommended by my friend and contacted Moni. From the beginning to the end, she concisely and articulately followed and gave me all the information I needed in advance. Without her assistance, I would have struggled or found it impossible to find what I wanted, as in Turkey, most people don’t speak English. My mom's two-leg hip surgery was successful, and she is now happy and sleeps well.

I was really lost until I get in touch with one of the best medical consultants, Moni..
This was my first experience with a patient assistance. By the day my friend called me and informed that he would like me to help him find a good hospital in Istanbul to recommend him, I was like, which one to choose, since there are over hundreds of hospitals in Istanbul.
Fortunately, after surfing through google, talking with many consultants, I luckily got in touch with Moni who finally convinced me and guided me step by step until I came to their hospital Called MedicalPark in Floria.
In there, we start by a full check-up and examined all the illnesses that were reported by their experts doctors. Today, I am really pleased that my friend is really proud of having me as a friend because of all of our good experiences from these amazing people working together at Floria Medical Park

Worst experience ever… no one knew I was coming when I landed at the airport, finally they sent a taxi who barely knew the place and finally just drop me front of the hospital by night, my translator was not there cause I came at 7PM, they cash the money without consultation, no doctor was there and finally the day after I was said that they could proceed with all a asked in the quote. The surgeon I have choose or Yacup Cil has been cancelled the day before i arrived . The new doctor dr Fatma B. was unpleasant , cold, she replaced my initial doctor but she didn’t know the reason why I was there, I had to tell her what to do… was not explaining what she was going to do, when I asked what I could expect as results she answers that she doesn’t know. I insisted before she draw marks on my body to show me what she was going to do. I asked for lipo 360+ thigh lipo + calf lipo: no 360 has been performed. Absolutely not! The doctor said she couldn’t do the calf , but I asked them many times if they could perform this lipo and the answer was yes until the day I landed and then they say no. She didn’t know what she was going to do, no explanation on what she was going to go. She was me in a private room for consultations for 45 secondes. I was stuck with them cause they’ve took my money. Two months after my lipo , it’s exactly as I have done anything. I wasted my time , my money , I suffered for nothing and the worst thing is that the fait is now more equally dispatched on my thighs , I have a piece of fat accumulated behind one my thigh that won't go away. No answer from Sara who was my contact with the hospital. I sent my complaints email … no answers. Very very bad experience.

Update: March 14th
Médical Park replied to my comment and asked me to send an e-mail to the address indicated in their reply. I did so the same day. As of today, two weeks later: no response. Not even an acknowledgement of receipt of my e-mail. I paid (5.000 USD) for a surgery that was not performed while I was under anesthesia. This is very serious, it's fraud and theft. And no one is answering on behalf of the hospital.

Servizio ECCELLENTE! ci sono venuti a prendere in aeroporto con un trasfer di prima classe privato, arrivati in ospedale mi hanno fatto subito le visite di controllo e prelievi del sangue, la mattina successiva sono stato visitato dal chirurgo e abbiamo discusso dell’ operazione ( rinoplastica). Camere dell’ospedale che sembrano quelle di un hotel 4 stelle in Italia ed il personale super gentile e disponibile, ti senti al sicuro! Il giorno dopo l’intervento siamo stati trasferiti in albergo ( 5 stelle) da dove sto scrivendo la recensione. Che dire, super consigliato ed un servizio che con la somma pagata non ha nulla a che fare! ( pubblicherò un video su YouTube se vi può interessare @joxfacose ) ragazzi super super consigliato! EXCELLENT service! They came to pick us up at the airport with a private first class transfer, when they arrived at the hospital they immediately gave me the check-ups and blood samples, the next morning I was visited by the surgeon and we discussed the operation (rhinoplasty). Hospital rooms that look like those of a 4-star hotel in Italy and the super friendly and helpful staff, you feel safe! The day after the surgery we were transferred to the hotel (5 stars) from where I am writing the review. What can I say, super recommended and a service that has nothing to do with the amount paid! Highly recommended Medical Park istanbul, from the very beginning Adib Zeer was so helpful answered all my questions straight away nothing was a problem for him.

When I arrived at Medical Park Gaziosmanpaşa we were greeted by Atahan our Medical assistant. He translated everything for me and accompanied me and my husband at all appointments he went above and beyond for us.

The next morning I was taken to meet Dr Fatam Bilgen, she explained the whole procedure and marked up my tummy for my tummy tuck. Although there was a language barrier she made me feel so at ease and comfortable, I have full confidence in her.

I stayed another 2 nights in the hospital all food was provided for me and my husband. The care was fantastic from all the nurses on the ward. Again even with the language barrier they treat me no different to any other patient I couldn't fault anything. I was actually quite sad to leave the hospital.

We were booked into the Golden Tulip hotel all organised by my Co ordination team. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning probably 1 of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, we had breakfast included which was lovely, and we ordered room service for on a evening.

I can honestly say I'm so happy with my results so far 2 week in and I know it will only get better. Dr Fatma truly Is amazing. I would certainly go back to Medical Park Gaziosmanpaşa if I wanted any other procedure.

DHI Hair Transplant - 4000 grafts.

I'm copying the format of a review I read before doing the operation that found very useful and detailed.

- Communication with first contact Person (Omar) - Excellent
- Pick and drop - Good - I waited around 1 hour in the airport.
- Hotel - Good.
- Translator - Ok - some misunderstandings during the consultation with the doctor.
- Blood test - Good - I did the day after my arrival but it was supposed to be the first day.
- Dermatology - Ok.
- Consultation - Ok - it was not very easy talking to the doctor through the translator. The initial phone agreement was to cover all the top with 4500 grafts. We discussed only the top-front, and I realised they were not going to do the top-back only few minute before starting the operation. Thus I asked to call back the doctor and we changed the transplant plan. We agreed for 4000 grafts because my donor area above my ears was not great with risk of the transplant being noticeable.
- Hair Cutting - Good.
- Anaesthesia - Ok - 5 / 10 minutes of pain.
- Hair extraction - Good - except cushion used to put under forehead and neck, pretty uncomfortable.
- Plasma pouring - Good - very quick.
- Hair Transplant - Good - very lengthy (around 7 hours I think). Neck cushion unpleasant. the translator left during the operation and was very difficult to talk to the operators. It was a bit annoying passing 7 hours listening the operators talking a language I don't understand and not being able to communicate properly with me.
- Instructions after Hair Transplant - very good
- Shampoo and last checkup - very good
- Drop to Airport - very good
- Result - Extremely satisfied so far. They also covered my 10 cm scar on top of my head. I'm curious to see if the hair transplanted over the scar tissue will last. I need to wait 6 to 12 months to see the final results.
- Post operation - Good - I did the operation 3 days ago. I don't need pain killers, but it's annoying sleeping sit for the first 5 days. I didn't sleep at all the first night. The team is always available to answer your questions even after the operation.

Had my tummy tuck breast lift and Implants here January 2024 now 2 weeks post surgery I'm so happy. The hospital was absolutely fantastic every member of staff from cleaners to my surgeon. The facilities were such a high standard of clean and modern. I came from England. I was very cautious and did a lot of research into hospitals and clinics first and I am so happy I chose medical park Istanbul fouad organised everything before I went. My translator atahan was lovely and always there when I needed him. Dr fatima my surgeon and her nursing team were brilliant. I honestly cannot fault a thing. The NHS could learn alot from medical park. I am still in touch with the team for my recovery 2 weeks since my op I am doing my housework walking upright off the pain meds and you can't hardly see the scars my massage lady has seen some of the horrors from Turkey and she is going to reccomend medical park also to anyone who wants to hear about them I seen her on day 8. We stayed in the golden tulip that was lovely aswell breakfast is included and is enough for the whole day it's very diverse the evening meals are massive and very very cheap also very tasty. If I need or want anything else done I will be going back. But the only thing I would say is that I didn't anticipate the amount of pain that I would be in for the first few day even with the very good medications or how tired I'd be for around 10 days it is definitely far harder than a c section cosmetic surgery is not a walk in the park recovery wise. I recently had an abdominoplasty at Gaziosmanpaşa Hospital and I can say I'm impressed. Is not just a medical team, is people that care. I want to thank to Prof Fatma Bilgen, an excellent surgeon and person, all her medical team, my translators Maria and Cristina, and not to forget the main man, my medical consultant, Fathi Mebkhouta, who facilitated everything for us and made it all look so easy. I dare to say that he become more than just a consultant, he's now a friend for me and my husband and we're looking forward to go back to meet again.

Returned to the UK from Istanbul 16/01/2024, following my hair transplant.

Right from the start, contact with Adib was great, he explained any questions I had, constantly in contact with me from day 1, responds to every message pretty much straight away, Adib is always helpful and willing to make sure you have a comfortable visit, nothing is to much bother for him.

During my hospital visits, I was communicating with Atahan, he would arrange pick up’s and drop off’s, he would attend appointments with me to help translate if needed, Atahan will go the extra mile to help you, nothing is to much bother for him.

They both made my visit/stay really easy, this is my second hair transplant in turkey, it’s a shame I didn’t do my first one with them.

I want to thank Dr. Ali Can Gunenc and his team, for the professionalism and outstanding work on my rhinoplasty surgery. Thanks to the two translators Elise and Shenay who assisted me during my stay in Istanbul. All are great professionals and good people! Overall was a pleasant experience. Everything went well and I did not run into any issues. Doctor and staff were very transparent and helpful. The hospital staff was great however, the nurses at time was a bit slow but yet again they were very busy and attended all my required needs. I enjoyed my stay and services provided. Highly recommended.
