I was abale to contact and stay in touch with the hospital from abroad and I received all the needed details. The hospital was well equipped and the staff was kind and helpful. Also they provided me with an interpreter who guided me through the process. It was an overall pistive experience.

Really really good service. Lightning fast and easy to get an appointment. Quality doctors. No waiting time. I got a translator who led me through the whole building. Big thanks to Moni who managed everything via WhatsApp.

I booked multiple appointments with Moni, a medical consultant at Medical Park and she was absolutely lovely and amazing to work with. She was very flexible with my appointments and I rescheduled a few times. She responded quite quickly and was there to help me with anything I needed. NOT TRUST Medical Park Hospital or the surgeon Dr Yakup Cil. My mother and I travelled from Australia to get plastic surgery at MP with Dr Yakup Cil. My mother got face and neck lift, upper and lower eyelift, endoscopy brow lift. No results at all from ANY of the procedures. None at all. He botched her eyes so bad. He left the top eyelid covered in lumps and bumps. And sewn her eyes down so she now has a sad tired look now. Without her consent he gave her a temporal brow lift instead of the endoscopy brow lift she wanted and paid for. Temproril just lifts the outer corner of your eye brows,a endoscopy gets rid of for head wrinkles. Why would he give a 70 year old woman a temporal. No results from any of the very costly procedures Dr Cil just made her look worse with the botched eyes. He stitched her up so bad. She was left with jagged uneven stitches with big bumps in front and behind ears. He also lied and said all stitches were dissolvable. They were not and because in for so long she had to be rushed to hospital in our home country because they were infected so bad. She could have died. I received lip lift, upper eyelift and endoscopy brow lift from Dr Cil. Again without Informing me or getting my consent he performed a temporal brow lift on me instead of the endoscopy I wanted and paid for. Again no results at all from the surgerys. But he left folds in my top eyelids I never had before. Also my stitches on sides of head got Infected from being lied to saying they are dissolvable when they were not. What kind of doctor is this its like he just cut us open did nothing and badly sewn us back together again. Dr Cil is a horrible plastic surgery who doesn't care for his patients outcomes and is in to much of a rush. We believe Medical Park Hospital just SCAMS foreigners. Scams us for money. Medical Park has taken no accountability for this happening. Dr Yakup Cil has taken no accountability. Dr Cil had no pride in his work. Will just cut you open, badly sew you up put bandages on you and send you on your way. And then just washes his hands of you. We paid so much money just to have no results and be left with botched eyes. DO NOT GO TO MEDICAL PARK HOSPITAL and DR YAKUP CIL for plastic surgery. You will leave looking worse. Scammet. My experience was at the Medical Park clinic in Florya, Istanbul. Talked with Dr. Meriam, and she, together with Timur arranged everything. Traveled from Norway to Istanbul. Amina and Jemile, two fantastic interpreters at the clinic, did an outstanding job with all the organizing as well. I had a brief consultation with Dr. Semih Tiber Mentese. He was also the one who performed the operation and did a magnificent and impressive job. The kind nurse Elif did a great job during the post-op rehabilitation. Thanks to all the staff at the clinic😄 I'm absolutely satisfied and happy with the overall experience😊

We've been in Turkey for an early summer holiday, unfortunately a medical problem occurred and we've need it an urgent appointment with a paediatric cardiologist. In the matter of hours, friday evening we contacted the hospital by WhatsApp and they arranged for us a next day appointment. We've arrived there, we've been expected with a lovely and very friendly translator, we've been seen by a famous professor, cardiologist, in less than an hours we had our tests done and a prescription written. We've been so lucky and we want to thank you for your great service.

I was in need of urgent care and reached out to MP Hospitals via WhatsApp. Moni, the medical consultant helped me immediately, was very kind and guided throughout the entire process! Very grateful! The hospital was very clean and organised. The entire experience was smooth.

I had a rhinoplasty in Medical Park Gaziosmanpasa, Istanbul. The service was great they arrange my transfer from airport to the hospital at the late evening and already next day I had a surgery at the morning by Doctor Burak Karabukut. I would like to thank managment of Hospital in particular to Mohmoud who helped to me from beginning of my desire to make that surgery who always provide with important information and answered gently on all my questions, as well as to translator Azat, who translate from Turkish to Russian language. So now I will advise that hospital to all my friends!

I want to thank all the people connected with my stay at Medical Park-Pendik Hospital. Everything was perfectly organized for the patient's comfort. From the first moment I contacted my medical consultant, Ellis, to the moment I was dropped off at the Istanbul airport on my way home. I received all the information I needed before the operation from Ellis, who was my motivation and support before coming to Istanbul. At the hospital, I was greeted by Nurshen, my translator, who was always by my side throughout my stay, like a friend, advisor and support. He helped me in an instant for absolutely everything I needed. My meeting with Prof. Dr. Samet Yardamci brought me incredible calmness, strength, confidence that I am in the right hands and in the right place. An extremely nice, smiling, kind and friendly doctor who operated on me and watched me until the end of my stay with great attention and professionalism. I am fascinated by the attitude, care and attention of every single person on the staff, such smiling and positive people, helping and great professionals. Special thanks to Prof. Dr. Samet Yardamci and his whole team, to the nurses, especially to Fatma, to Nurshen, Medina and Kaya, who welcomed me and to everyone responsible for the perfect organization and the service received at a world level. Pros:
1 . Overall the surgery is working. Still loosing weight. Great results!
2. The recovery time was great.
3. The nurses and surgeons were amazing!
4. I walked away with my test results in my hand.
5. Airport pick up and drop was amazing.

Cons:-
1 . No hotel was provided for my family (included in the price) Had to pay for this myself.
2. The surgeon scheduled to do my surgery was not the surgeon who did my surgery. Made me a little nervous before surgery. (Although he did a great job)

3. Whilst recovering from surgery, my british passport went missing from my hospital room. This was after my translator informed me that he was not legal to work in the country. I had to visit the consulate and cancel my passport. I missed my flight and had to rebook flights. Because of this i had to spend additional money to spend in turkey.

My tanslator did return my passport quickly after i informed the translator that the british government had tracked my passport. I felt i had to lie about this to create some urgency. Although i felt bad to lie about the government tracking my passport. It was very quivkly returned to me. Although it was too late.

I was unable to leave Turkey due to my passport being stolen. Which distressed me and my family and also caused me to spend an extra £1090.00

Was promised that my mum and brother could stay with me in the hospital. When we arrived they said that both could not stay only one. Due to my mothers disability we could not allow her to stay alone. So i had to cover additional costs for hotels.

Me and my friend got our Hair transplant done at medical park the best hospital in Turkey this is our 4th Month and we are super satisfied with the results . Doctors and techs are very professional and know what they are doing . Habiba at medical park is an awesome coordinator she has been so helpful and guided us throughout the entire procedure she is even following every stage till date must contact her +905301744218 if you are looking to get the hair transplant done.

I Initially wanted to go to Istanbul for a hair transplant and contacted Fouad( coordinator) but then decided to go to Antalya as I wanted root canal treatment, in Antalya my Coordinator was Basak Lauren and the translator Ayhan, I can't praise these 3 enough, Basak Lauren was just amazing helping with transport to getting appointments with different departments, eventually ended up
with a full body check up and an MRI Scan for my wife, hair transplant, root canal and keratosis all under one roof. I was a little disappointed in the hair transplant treatment, as I was told that I would be having the FUE but was actually DHI, which thankfully turned out to be better, nevertheless it was not what I was sold, I did highlight this to Fouad and he understood the importance of giving patients the right info, I also highlighted to Basak Lauren the need for the hair transplant team to be more focused on hygiene and to inform patients of the after effects, my advise would be to go for at least 10 days for the hair transplant, should you feel uncomfortable about any aspect of the treatment, the team are there to support you, and again they couldn't do enough for me

I submitted a complaint regarding my hair transplant to international at mpcare.com Unfortunately, they have not addressed it yet.

I have asked for a refund 2 months ago as this hospital couldn’t produce pictures of thigh lift, my agent is not helpful at all blames the hospital and the hospital don’t respond. I would avoid this place. Do not spend your money with them! My agent was trying to force me to go with another surgeon and I said no multiple times. I’m now going to go to all surgery pages to expose them and stealing peoples money.

I had the tip rhinoplasty with dr asli datli. She did a great job. I can’t thank her enough. If you are looking for natural but perfect nose, just go with her. Before and after procedure everything was so understandable and detailed. Also Her team worked great with me. After the procudere they remains in touch with their customers which i find so amazing. Also the price was reasonable compared to other instagram doctors. I just think dr asli datli is gifted with magic hands. Now I look at my self everyday in the mirror and i say your nose is pretty. Before the procedure i hated my nose the most, but after i love my nose the most. That say a lot. I Hope you will find my review benefitial. Thank you
