Do NOT go near medical park for surgery, I went on the 23rd of September for a neck lift I was left so badly disfigured no other surgeon would go near me , I had No choice but to go back over on the 18th of November 8 weeks later to get a revision from the same surgeon because my face was so bad took over my life and still is , MONI the (medical consultant) is so nice and helpful UNTIL something goes wrong then you’re on your Own, she tells me it’s better than the first time, that’s someone’s face she is talking about, should be ashamed, I’ve sent emails to the whole hospital and nothing back,once they take your money job done for them, so if u don’t want your life ruined stay away from All Medical PARK HOSPITAL .dr.vasif mammadov .

My wife and I did a comprehensive health check-up in Antalya. A medical advisor from MLPCARE had promised us results in English, which was crucial for us.

After we paid and asked for results, the advisor answered, that the hospital doesn't provide it and we can use ChatGPT. On my demands to do something about the promise not being fulfilled, both the consultant and the original account stopped answering. Awful experience

I'm very happy with getting my hair transplant done at Medical Park in Istanbul.

Their customer support was great, the pricing was very affordable compared to my home country Sweden, the surgeons did a great job with the procedure. The hair transplant was successful and the hair looks good now 4 months post hair transplant.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend to any of my friends doing their hair transplant at their hospital.

Incredible staff and amazing results, had a fantastic experience. I had a complex revision rhinoplasty done by Dr. Ozlem Bayram who showed excellent attention to detail with my case. Very professional and kind! Consultation was short but thorough. I had the opportunity to do a longer consult via video call before I flew out but declined, I knew what I wanted.

I arrived at 1am off my flight and sure enough, someone from the hospital group was there at the airport to help me and ensure I made it to my destination on time. The hospital room I was placed in was clean and modern, felt more like a luxury hotel than a hospital. Every nurse that I spoke to and attended to me was patient and nice even though english was limited. Arguably better than US hospital care based on my experience.

Scheduled a full body MRI at the last minute and they quickly were able to find a time and date for me to do it while I was in Istanbul. Got my test scan back in 20 minutes after it was preformed and a doctors analysis 3 days later. (I was in a rush so I was fine with waiting for them to get back to me with the results). The hospital and translators were kind and efficient and I felt like they cared the whole time I was there and were invested in my care.

My coordinator Mahmoud was excellent in ensuring everything was scheduled like follow ups, hotel pick ups etc. I never felt alone or abandoned the whole trip, he made sure I was okay and made it to checkpoints and visits on time and even checked up on my until I made it back home in the US. Great experience, and unmatched value. I would feel confidant in sending friends and family to Med park for surgeries or general check ups. :)

I got a dental implant 10 days ago.I receive the information by WhatsApp. Moni organised my appointment really fast. The clinic was impressive. A nice, modern and well organised hospital. I felt confident about the results. The staff is really helpful and kind. I got all the time a translator beside me. The operation went well and now I’m waiting for my next appointment next year.

I underwent cosmetic surgery in Istanbul in 03 of October with Dr. Tiber, which included liposuction, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, and a butt lift, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, the hospital staff was exceptional. Every professional, from the medical staff to the nurses, demonstrated a high level of care and attention, ensuring I felt comfortable and safe at all times. Whenever I needed something, they were always there to help me immediately.

I especially want to highlight the translator Zohal and the medical consultant Sadeq Nasher, who were amazing. Not only did they provide all the necessary support, but they were also incredibly attentive and caring, which made the whole process much easier and smoother.

I went to Istanbul 3/09/2024 where I underwent breast surgery. The hospital was excellent the care was excellent my Surgeon Dr.ail was fantastic along with his assistant Elaf and also let’s not forget Mahmoud . I was admitted in Medical Park-Antalya from the 1/09/24-05/09/24 under Prof. Dr. Mehmet Tahir Oruć. My experience on block A, 10th floor was nothing short of amazing. The hospital is very clean and the staff are very dedicated to their work. The hospital is big and very well equipped. The pre operative checks are very thorough. I felt extremely safe throughout the whole journey.The 3 nurses that looked after me in room 3604 were brilliant. Despite the language barrier, they were very professional at all times. Thank you to nurses Mohammed, Zeynep and Yağmur. Medical Park Antalya is very lucky to have you all. How can I forget, there was a seamless transfer to and from the airport.

TL;DR I recommend the staff and the facility’s service, professionalism, empathy, and work. What prevents me from giving 5 stars is communication is a bit fragmented/ delayed for non Turkish speakers and feel like I’m waiting longer than I should be without an update.
In my experience this is very common in hospitals all over the world including US, Canada, and Sweden, so I’ll say it’s the same here.

The details of my experience:
I came here for an FUE Hair Transplant.
All coordination & communication was done via confidential WhatsApp conversation.

They arranged my hotel and transportation from airport to hotel to hospital and back.
I felt the staff was attentive, professional, and respectful.

The first representative collected my passport and medical information via WhatsApp and scheduled the appointment after I showed him my airline tickets and he provided me an itinerary and a up front cost of $1600 € which compared to 🇺🇸🇨🇦🇸🇪 was a very good deal that I was happy to pay. Especially in a hospital where if anything goes wrong they can take care of it.

The night before the date of travel I was contacted from the hospital translator with directions on navigating the airport to the right car service.

Most importantly the facilities were clean.
The procedure turned out great, and I’m happy with the pre and post op care.

The day of the procedure was a full day with payment up front (at the agreed $1600 €) with a receipt, filling paperwork stating what was going to be done, side effects, etc that I had to sign and date. I made sure to scan all the paperwork with my phone.

From there came the initial bloodwork where I was happy the nurse got my vein on the first try and that was smooth.

After which I met with the doctor to agree on my hairline.

Eventually I would go in and there would be local anesthesia (this was the painful 😫part as there were many injections) then the extraction from the donor area, and then the preparation for the transplant area. All of this I was nice and numb for 😀

Then they provided a delicious full course meal of rice, meat, fruit, salad, bread, and soup and a short break before beginning the long transplant.

There were pictures and lots of waiting time in between.

I entered the hospital at 9am and left at 8pm.

I came the next day after 16 hours to remove my bandages and get the first washing.

Nearly 3 weeks later I'm mostly healed up and can see hair filling in nicely.
