This hospital is great really! İt feels like VIP service with Ceren she assist us very well. Whenever you are at the hospital she is becoming your personal assistance. I havent paid a penny all covered by my European Health insurance!

This place was TERRIBLE. DO NOT BOOK an international health screen with this group. We arrived and went through testing, but they ran out of time and we did not meet with the General Practice MD, Neurology and Cardiology. They gave us our test documents and everything is in Turkish. We were told we would receive an online consultation to complete our program and that never happened - we were ghosted by both our program organizer and the translator. NOT WORTH THE MONEY SO DONT WASTE IT.

I had a great experience with my comprehensive VIP medical check up for men at Medical Park. They were attentive and things moved expeditiously through the day. I was provided a good interpreter (Ali Alameer Taha) for communication with the doctors. They provided my transportation from the hotel to the hospital. It was a great experience.

Medical Park İzmir Hospital is amazing, staff are friendly and caring very helpful.
Very clean hospital local to shops and restaurants.

20 mins walk away from harbour.

All staff are polite and speaks little bit of English but you can ask for anything and they will get it for you

I was at Medical Park Izmir Hospital, were Ceren Miray Ertugrul helped with the translation at the doctor Office, and also at the pharmacy. I have never experienced such good service before. She was so pleasant to be with and extremely helpful. Will abaolutely recommend this Hospital.

My daughter had surgery 2 months ago at Medical Park GOP, with a "professor " Prof. Dr. Yakup Çil who did abdominoplasty and a breast lift with implants. The operation has nothing to do with cosmetic surgery! This "professor" just cut it, took his money and doesn't care anymore. My daughter got a yeast infection, the wound on one breast opened and she started walking in agony. Communication with the coordinator and the professor was very difficult (it happened after writing and calling several times) The professor became very rude, disrespectful and didn't explain what was happening at all! all travel and hotels are at our expense, no one takes responsibility, they don't care that they didn't do their job
We contacted the hospital, filed a complaint, but it was not entered into the system and no one contacted us, we wrote emails - the same thing again - nothing
They took the money, Prof. Dr. Yakup Çil didn't finish his job and we paid another doctor in another hospital to clean the stitches and prescribe the correct treatment, because the stitches from the surgery haven't healed in two months.
The hospital is hiding its "good professors", the coordinator Razie Nejat is also silent and does not bother to work in our defense. I recommend that you DO NOT USE ! the services of this hospital and the doctors and professors Prof. Dr. Yakup Çil in it! They promise a lot but once they take the money, do not count on anyone paying attention to you if you have problems.

My experience was amazing. The staff was very welcoming, friendly, professional and patient. Ali Alameertaha provided exceptional service and support to us. The facility was very clean, well lit, with up to date equipment. The temperature in the facility was excellent. There were more than enough places to sit. It was not crowded despite the number of patients being seen. The doctors were professional and provided good information. Thank you for your service.

Mixed experience at MedicalPark Antalya – not what I expected

I recently had a full medical check-up at MedicalPark Antalya. Beforehand, I was given some polished and promising information about how the day would go and the benefits of a complete check-up. Based on that, I imagined a hospital experience where one or two doctors would carefully examine me and take time to go through everything. Unfortunately, the reality turned out to be quite different.

I arrived early in the morning at a very busy hospital. At first, I wasn’t sure where to go, but I soon found the medical check-up desk. It was clear that people came here for a wide range of treatments – the place was crowded and bustling.

My check-up started with a blood test, followed by many different examinations: an ECG, a stress test, lung function test, a visit to the dentist, and even a brain MRI. The entire process took most of the day, and I went from department to department, having very brief conversations with different doctors.

Most of the doctors didn’t speak much English, which made it difficult to understand the results or ask questions. Only the cardiologist spoke good English and was able to explain things clearly. That was one of the few moments I felt properly informed.

One of the worst parts of the day was the MRI scan. I was given small cushions to protect my ears, but they didn’t help at all. The noise was so intense I nearly asked to stop the scan. In other hospitals, you usually get proper headphones or ear protection – this was definitely lacking here.

All in all, it was a long and exhausting day. On the one hand, I appreciated getting so many tests done in a single visit. On the other hand, the rushed pace, limited communication, and lack of personal attention made the experience less positive. In terms of price, I didn’t think it was worth it.

If I do another check-up in the future, I’ll choose a more focused one – just for vital organs, for example – and ideally in a place where English is spoken fluently or even back in my own country, even if it costs more. I also wish I had been given a clearer picture beforehand of how the day would really go

Medicalpark should be shut down, I am left disfigured, someone at the hospital got on to me got me to send my photos then told me the medical department said I have to get on to the doctor that they provided and gave me his phone number, I am on a plastic surgeon fb group and there is load of people’s life’s ruined because of that hospital, don’t know why they have a email and phone number attached because it will not ring and they don’t answer ther emails, so please take this a a genuine warning to stay away from that hospital they will do anything for your money.

The staff was great, helpful and very friendly. The hospital was sanitary, my room was cleaned and frequently attended by the cleaning ladies. It had everything I needed. Including a beautiful view of the park. The Medical staff was professional, experienced and pleasant to communicate with. Our translator was the best. She is much more than a translator always helping and making sure our stay was perfect.

I received a Five-Star experience from Medical Park. I came in from the US for a procedure. Mahmoud and the team at Medical Park were amazing. They provided an English-speaking concierge, shuttle service to and from the facility, and high quality service. I'm pleased with the results and I highly recommend them.

Special thanks to Merve Kaçar, who was a great support from the very beginning—from arranging the surgery to providing prompt and clear answers to all my questions. Also, many thanks to interpreter Sinem, who was always available and assisted me from my arrival in Istanbul to the final check-up.

The entire organization was of a high standard—from transfers, the courteous hospital staff, to the hospital itself, which is extremely clean and modernly equipped.

Finally, a huge thank you to Dr. Ali Can Güneç, who performed my surgery. The operation was successful, and my condition after the procedure is excellent.

The organization, the staff especially Albanian translators were really helpfull and caring and dr.Alper Can who told me the news that Im cancer free and gave me hope for cure in the future. I had breast augmentation with uplift and rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Alican. I can't thank enough to Dr. Alican and his team for the outstanding professionalism and good care! Dr. Alican is such a lovely and kind person who really helped me choosing the right size of my breast implants and my nose shape. Exactly what I was looking for - natural look!
I had a great experience, checkups, everybody in the hospital was really professional, friendly and kind, and what matters most - great results so far (only 3 weeks post op now).

The hospital ıs good, but what makes ıt easy for foreigners ıs a good interpreter. There ıs one wonderful lady who is extremely helpful. Her name is Sofıya Resul, Russian translater. She was extremely helpful and made the whole procedure smooth.

Hair Transplant at Medical park is a great idea!
I found out about the possibility of getting a Hair Transplant in Medical Park Hospitals via social media Marketing but the the caring approach from Ujvara and her deppartment made me decide to actually chose this Hospital. I hesitated at first due to travelling to a foreign cohntry but the staff provided me with so much info, help and courage. I am thankful to all the persons who made me Intervention possible, Ujvara for approaching and caring, Ilirjana for Translation and Logistics and finally the medical staff for professionality.

I definitely don’t recommend you to go for hair transplantation./ Definitivamente no te recomiendo que te hagas un trasplante de cabello.

I want to thank all the support I received since the contact with the Moni Consultant who was always super attentive and supplied all my questions and requests before and after the surgery. The hospital is amazing and the medical staff is of high quality. I need to do other aesthetic procedures and I will clearly do them again. I'm still recovering, my surgery was in May 2024, I still have a little sensitivity and a lot of fluid. I had the surgery to remove excess skin from my arms and I think there is one arm with more skin than the other. My doctor said to wait because the recovery from the surgery takes up to 1 year to occur. I am very satisfied with the surgery and care I had.
