I made an error on the name tag and contacted them. After a few emails and calls, they without being asked sent me a replacement correct tag, free of charge.

Poor Service
Expensive item send in a bag with no bubble wrap or otherwise. Box for the item broken and squashed. Item a present. Promised a new box but seems no hurray to provide this. Seller uses Royal Mail who are the poorest of the poor.
Overall very dissatisfied with the service. Will struggle to justify using again and do not recommend.
Update following feedback. The £200 item was in a grey plastic bag (not a Jiffy bag) so no protection and no replacement box has been received if sent.

I can see you contacted us advising of the damage to the box and this was handled by our Operations Team.
These are typically sent in a jiffy bag which does offer a layer of protective bubble wrap.
The issue of the damage was highlighted to us on the 21st April and a replacement box was delivered to you via DPD on the 23rd April.

Further to your edited reply, we do not send orders in grey plastic bags- we always use bubble mailer envelopes.
Also- Royal Mail are regularly voted one of the leading couriers- all couriers will have customers that either love them or hate them, and whilst you are personally unhappy with Royal Mail, our experience with them across the UK is overwhelmingly positive.

Item looks great. It is a gift for my daughter and she will love it. Paid for engraving which was a waste of money as is so small as to be totally unnoticeable. Still it's the thought that counts right!
