Nearly a month & still not shipped

Nearly a month since I made my purchase. Ordered on 27th Feb & today is 24th March.
Emailed customer service twice as I can see the items are in stock on their website twice, but they claim to be waiting for the stocks still, currently their website shows 13 in stock.
Trying to give it benefit of doubt.
Will update review once I get my order.

Unfortunately, when we came to dispatch your order, we were unable to physically locate the stock in our warehouse. While the system was showing the items as available and orderable online, we have since allocated that stock pending investigation into its whereabouts. This prevents any further orders being placed against it while we resolve the issue.
I completely appreciate how frustrating this must be, especially given the time that has passed and the mixed signals from the website.
To help make this right, I’ve upgraded your delivery to next day shipping as soon as the replacement stock arrives, which we are expecting within the next few days. I have also included a number of our new pens in your order as a gesture of goodwill.

Poor Service
Absolutely awful customer service experience. As a longstanding customer I was incredibly disappointed with the service received with my latest order. 1. The initial customer service rep replied to my email with a response meant for someone else so it gave me wrong information. 2. I had to call to clarify the situation and the customer services rep I spoke with was really unhelpful. I therefore had to ask for a supervisor to call me as one wasn’t available.3. The supervisor who called arranged for a delivery that required a signature when I had made it clear this wasn’t possible on my part. If she had given me the correct information about deliveries the matter would have been resolved. 4. I then had to contact “live chat” as customer services was of course closed by this point. It took ages to get a response.
Hard to know how so many things can go wrong on one order. Why not just answer a simple email correctly the first time? A lack of respect for long standing customers and their time.

On review, there were a number of issues on this order. An administrative error meant you were initially provided with incorrect dispatch information, which understandably caused confusion.
When arranging delivery, we upgraded the service to ensure the parcel reached you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this particular service requires a signature, which we appreciate was not suitable for your circumstances. As soon as this was highlighted, we acted to resolve this by recalling the original parcel and sending a replacement using a tracked service that did not require a signature, which has now been successfully delivered.
We have also added a note to your account to ensure your preferred delivery method is used for future orders, and refunded your delivery charge.
We recognise this situation caused unnecessary inconvenience, and your feedback has been shared internally so we can improve our processes going forward.

Great experience.
I have been looking for a Stethoscope for my friend's daughter who is studying medicine and when I googled the website Medisave UK Ltd site appeared on the screen. Clicked on the sight& the exact product displayed the one which I was looking for. I shopped the Stethoscope along with the pod. On delivery date same products delivered to my house. I am very happy for two reasons

Well they shipped and I got the product. It took 2 days. I guess I didn't say too much about the product so here goes.
The product is / was a Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope. Specifically the Alabaster Satin model. I'm completely blown away by how much better this model is compared to the previous cardiology IV. That tubing makes all the difference. The extra flexibility means the external sounds are not transmitted through the tubing. You just hear more wanted sounds and less unwanted. It's also super comfortable to use. You don't feel like the eartips are pulling in sideways directions as you are trying to listen.
I'd advise anyone looking for a stethoscope to look at the new satin tubing if looking at a Littmann.

Great costumer service
I got the medical equipment fairly promptly and the delivery process was fairly straightforward.
I was even more impressed by the company as there was a slide crack in the plastic casing which they very promptly acknowledged and sent another one

Cheap prices but slow delivery
Cheap prices but slow delivery. I ordered on Sunday, they didn't dispatch until Tuesday and arrival is due Thursday via Royal Mail 48. Wednesday I am wondering where it is. Of course they say the "working days" thing but it's 2026 so when isn't a working day. Better if they used a 3PL and shipped on the day of order.

We offer a range of delivery options online- Standard Delivery (within 3 working days) Express (Next Working Day Delivery) or Timed Delivery (Next Working Day Delivery Before 1pm)
If you spend over £25 ex VAT, then the standard delivery service is offered free of charge.
As the Standard or Free Delivery service is a "Within 3 working days" delivery time, if you placed the order on Sunday 8th March, then the estimated delivery time shown online would have said "On of before Thursday 12th March"- so your order is scheduled to arrive within the advertised timescale.
In terms of using a 3PL- with over 30,000 products in stock, and some customers ordering only 1 product, and other customers ordering 150 products (plus our personalisation service) - a 3PL just would not work.
The costs involved with outsourcing our entire Goods In and Despatch process to a 3PL would mean that our "cheap prices" become "not at all cheap prices".
By not using a 3PL company- we can keep our prices low- if a customer urgently requires the order- they can choose one of the Express Delivery option.
If they are happy to wait for 2-3 days, then they can choose either the Standard or Free Delivery option.
This is a fairly common approach for many online distributors, and offering low prices on the product and then giving customers the choice regarding their delivery service is a logical and popular approach.
Sure, it is 2026 but unless the online distributor has the scale and financial resources of Amazon (including their own delivery network)- there has to be some appreciation that there is a limit as to what is possible for smaller online distributors regarding the despatch and delivery process.
We do appreciate the feedback and thank you for ordering from Medisave UK.
