Efficient check of the dog, annual injections. Just called in 20 mins after the appt. time, which is frustrating with a dog that does not enjoy being at the vets!

Couldn’t thank the team at Medivet Cowbridge any more. Our two sausage dogs have been under their care for the last couple of years and their care, support and attention to detail is amazing. Our youngest recently got hit by a car and they supported us every step of the way with his recovery, helping us navigate a scary situation calmly and compassionately. They truly are the loveliest team and couldn’t recommend this practice more. Big shout out to Rachel who is always such a delight to deal with. Thank you guys! We’d be lost without you all ❤️

Poor joined up communication in the team. I waited 5 days and had to repeat the request with three phone calls to speak to a vet. No one phoned back and when I phoned, each receptionist said 'it wasn't me' ...
While I appreciate a veterinary service is busy, 5 days and three phone calls is poor service.
The vets and nurses themselves are usually very good. Five days is a long time for a concern, I had already booked ahead for an appointment but needed an answer of care sooner.

This veterinary practice has been going for years. Formerly known as Hillside Vets. I've been taking my dogs here for over 30yrs because it still maintains family values, customer & pet recognition and a friendly face.

Historically, I used to see Barry. Sadly, he passed away...and a homage to him is on the counter. When Barry went part time (still working in his retirement) I starting seeing Barry with my dogs. I trust him implicitly. He is kind and caring with my dogs and earns their trust.

My 15 month cockapoo was attacked by another dog. Every single person in this practice was fantastic and so caring!!!Thank you for being so wonderful looking after my boy.

Every time we come, the appointment is always running at least 30 mins late. The staff are lovely as are the vets but the lateness of the appointments is frustrating.

I actually enjoy going to Medivet Brigg with any of my 5 dogs. There is no stress, the whole experience is very relaxed and not rushed. This is the only vets that my dogs have been happy to go into. All the staff are very friendly and professional and always have time to discuss things with me. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Many thanks to the doctor; he helped us with our Pomeranian—he examined the dog, gave us information and explanations, and provided medication (we are currently undergoing treatment). We booked the appointment by phone and were given a 9:00 AM slot for the next day, but when we arrived at 9:00, it turned out we couldn't be seen until 10:15. We had to wait. Next time, I will double-check the appointment time on the day of the visit.

We took my sons dog to medivet on aighburth road Liverpool n we got consulted n antibiotic injection n shampoo £176 ,the vet told complete lies he told us the shampoo was cheaper to buy off them than on line n charged us £44 so we paid n got home n went on line the exact shampoo is £24 on line almost half the price we was charged so please AVOID going to MEDIVET aighburth road as u WILL get lied to n ripped off by this scumbag I am livid over this as my son is on benefits n I'm on state pension ABSOLUTELY KEEP AWAY from this practice for ur own good thank you
