Veterinary care is good, but the reception and check-in process is consistently poor and makes visits unnecessarily stressful (I have been a client here for many years).

There are often long queues on arrival with no staff at the desk, and check-in, payments, or medication collection regularly take 10–15 minutes or more. This leads to significant delays and is particularly difficult when attending with anxious pets.

However, staff are always polite, but the current system needs significant improvement.

Although Mario is anxious around other dogs, he likes coming to the vets now. The staff make a huge fuss of him, and give me a time to come in when the waiting room is empty. Thank you all!

My cockapoo was having issues with her mouth/jaw. Jan, the vet is amazing! I always book Maggies appointments with him. He is kind, sympathetic to my dog, (and she likes and trusts him!) he is also professional and knowledgeable. The Hillmorton practice is efficient and the staff absolutely lovely!

We can honestly say we have always had exceptional care from Viv and the team at Coventry Road, Hinckley Medivet.

I'm so pleased with the dental treatment my chihuahua received dentally. Pets at home quote me £1400 and Medivet quote me £859 all in dentil treatment. I cannot you then enough for the marvellous assurance, approach to my rather aggressive chihuahua. They took care of him and relieved his discomfort and smelly breath at such a reasonable capped price. I've left pets at home to continue with worm/flea treatment. I'm so thankful my little beautiful boy is happy again. I want to thank all the staff for their support and amazing work. Affordable and reasonable pricing makes me wish I'd found them sooner. Thank you again Dave is doing amazing x

The nurse and the vet were incredibly kind and helpful when I needed to take my cat in late evening.

I booked the appointment online which was very easy to do & I received a confirmation email. The appointment started on time & the vet I saw was really lovely. He had such a calming manner & he was really thorough. He explained everything & I left the surgery feeling reassured. I think his name was Will & this was the Merthyr Tydfil branch🐈.
