It got lost but still arrived on time

I only received a wheelchair cushion. No word on the chair itself. It was ordered for a broken hip. I was told it would ship a week ago...but I have not received updates. I have received several emails to rate the product.

We need a hospital bed for my father and some of the ones we saw on other sites were very expensive. Med Mart had the best prices on the same beds. I spoke to Darrell and he was professional, friendly and very helpful. He made ordering by phone very easy. Very happy with the service we received.
