With the help and knowledge of Darrell Flunker, I purchased an EV Rascal a few months ago. I am extremely happy with it. Today I was looking for an additional EV scooter that is lighter and much more portable than the rascal. I called your (513) number and received quick response from Sonia. I asked her to have Darrell call me which he did, promptly. He remembered my needs and within a few minutes I became the proud owner of a Buzzaround Carry On Folding Scooter. It couldn’t have been easier.

Darrell was/is a great salesman. My issues started after purchase. Product did not get shipped on date promised, packages came spread out over a 5 day period, some equipment not included that was citical to useage. Some parts not built properly and came apart after just shot use. Over all happy with out purchase but at price point should be only 100% awesome product.

We placed the order on Saturday, 5/16/26, but needed to cancel on 5/19. The return policy states there is a 7 day window to cancel from the time we ordered. I reached out via chat at 10:43am EST on 5/19 and specified the need to cancel. They responded we would hear back within 24 hrs. I received a call at 10:45am and the representative told me they would send a cancellation confirmation email. I received an email on 5/20 that the order had shipped. I checked the tracking and it in fact shipped at 6:19pm 5/19, AFTER I had cancelled the order and was told I would receive a confirmation email that it was cancelled. I called Med Mart to follow up on 5/20 after getting the shipping email and they told me that because it shipped, I would be charged a 25% restocking fee and return shipping on a 500 POUND bed. I was originally told the bed would be delivered roughly June 4th and I paid for installation. This freight delivery was suddenly slated to arrive on 5/21. I cancelled prior to shipping and well within 7days. They are refusing to refund the full amount.

I got stuck in my lift chair twice! I bought it less than two months ago. I have spinal stenosis and others issues where I need my lift chair. Its been almost a week now and still have not gotten my chair fixed. There are too many hoops to jump through to get anything done quickly. I talked to Robert and he said something was shorting out my controller. The person I spoke to at Med Mart confirmed what Robert said and an email was sent to the manufacturer to send someone out to fix it and still have not heard anything from them. In the past I had an issue with a chair I bought from Laz-e-boy and had a repairman out the next day!! The folks i spoke with at Med Mart were just following procedures and they were nice, but i needed this addressed faster than going through all the hoops.
