They sent the wrong product and did not issue promised refund
They sent the wrong product. It was a replacement for the product I wanted, but they had the picture of the product I wanted, Diabet-X Skin Therapy, along with another photo, so it was quite ambiguous and I did not see it at time of purchase. When I received the wrong product, I spoke to the supplier and he said he would issue a refund. After three weeks and more contacts by me (two phone calls where we spoke, plus an email), he did not do so, so I contacted PayPal and got a refund that way.

No notification of product shipping.
The product arrived within the expected timeframe, and it was the correct product and count. What I didn't like was no notification of when the order shipped, or when it was expected to arrive. This was stressful since I was running out of one of the 2 items ordered.

My experience was great because the on-line ordering was easy and stress-free. I didn't receive my order before the survey was sent so I called. The agent was most helpful and assured me my order would be there on the specific date, which it was. The product was exactly what I needed and I'm very please. I ordered this product and paid for 2-3 day expedited shipping so I could start my meds on time. I have still not received the order so I sent an email per instructions on website for a response within 24 hours and still no response. My payment has cleared the bank. Not good customer service at this point and the expedited shipping cost more than the product. I need a response.
