You cancelled my order a day after ordering my supplies and then when I went to reorder, the price had went up $30. Plus you were going to charge me $9 for shipping even though website says free shipping over $100, which mine was. Not happy!!

Critical shipping delay

Still waiting
So far my experience has not been great. I ordered the catheter over a two weeks ago and paid extra for 3-5 day shipping. As of today, 2/21/25, I have not received order.
