If you are looking for Customer Service don't go here......
Unfortunately I couldn't give this company 0 stars, but if I could I would.
What a terrible company to buy a car from. There Customer Service is to dreadful, in fact there isn't any. Buy your car from them they rub there hands of you as soon as you drive away. Never call back when they are supposed to, don't take responsibility of any issues with the car, you have a warranty for 6 months but that's a big con, if your car is under 80k then that's fine if it's over tough luck.
They are just a bunch of cowboys, no apologies nothing, will never ever go there again and would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
All round Perfection
So pleased to announce that I love this dealer and the BMW 640d they sold me is beyond my expectations of perfection. After I had multiple bad dealers trying to sell me dodgy cars and not being FCA approved I found the team at mega car shop to be by far the finest example of secondhand dealers EVER! I’ve had many cars over the years and this one is by far my best purchase to date. They made me feel so good I’m still smiling and have to pinch myself when I get in my dream car. They gave me free reign to test drive the car and even had it up on a ramp to prove it was genuine well looked after example, which it is indeed well loved. They part ex my old car and gave me the exact figure I asked for, they took my private plates off and helped me get the retention sorted, they fitted a brand new battery on day I collected and had it registered to the car. I would recommend them and certainly would buy from them again. Grant and the other guys made this fun and truly made me feel welcome. The warranty is 6 months and a good company giving me total peace of mind. They had the most amazing stock from mx5’s to range rovers and all immaculately presented. These guys are the real McCoy and offer genuinely perfect service 11/10 perfection is not easy but Mega car shop nailed it
