Not as I was expecting
I asked for a mystery ufo toy and I was very disappointed with the material quality and the string that comes with it... Ufo was made of cheap paper and the strings were basically coming out of a wig made for women!!!

Very quick and easy.
The website is good at sectioning things to find what you need for a specific occasion, it shows what is in stock and what is not, which is a problem I have personally had with many other websites.
It is also very quick to check out and buy, and very easy to figure out, even for me as a foreigner, and it arrived within 2 days, surprisingly quick and easy.

Horrible service
I ordered my package to be wrapped in and have a card attached to it, even paying 2 euros extra for that service. What I got was an unwrapped present which my partner nearly saw before Christmas.
