Everything is confusing about the website I spent an hour trying to buy something gave up couldn't find the bathroom saver saw on Temu looks small gotta buy 3 tier or double width how u show ig on tic toc that's how it should be displayed to buy

The company, MegaGadget has reached back to me trying to solve my problem. I have left an honest review to a company named Mesagadets. I'm not a client of MegaGadgets yet. MesaGadget on the other hand, took my money for a membership I did not sign for and charge me for a shipping I was not aware of.

Very professional and helpful customer service. The product is very nice and it was delivered within one day. Highly recommend!

This online shop provides only rude and unhelpful customer service. I ordered on their website on Saturday and noticed the shipping address I entered was wrong before I could corrected it at the confirmation page. Their customer service doesn’t work on the weekend so there is no way to correct in time. As their shipping department still works on the weekend and sent my package directly to the wrong address. Because how disorganized this online shop company is, no one checked the shipping address that the post code doesn’t match and contact me or took the responsibility to recognize this thing happened because their departments don’t work with each other on weekends. If I were you I would not order anything on their website because if you made any mistake in your order and want to correct, they will not help you at all and only tell it’s your problem as they got the money and won’t care whether you receive your products or not.

5* customer service along with a friendly professional attitude, would recommend to anyone who wants stress free shopping along with complete satisfaction. Thankyou megagadgets.nl

Worst service ever
I have order the mother's day gift via Megagadgets. In turned out quality was below the expectation plus you pay for sending and return cost. Anyway sent back with immediate effect to their given address via post.nl In 2 day package was well received, I however do not receive any confirmation that package is received well in order. I have waited for more then two weeks for refund money whaich hasn't received yet.

I do not recommend to buy from this particular site.

i was sent the wrong item which was very quickly corrected and when something else i ordered wasn'available i had to choose something else which was also quickly resolved but then with the last remaing euros from my gift voucher everything i wanted was out of stock!

Gave gadgets!

Granted, this was during the few days before Christmas when thiings get crazy but my order was missing 2 items. I called customer service and they sent me 2 items which arrived in time. Unfortunately, one was the wrong item. Oh well.

I ordered an item which was damaged when it arrived. MegaGadgets client service refunded the item and in addition the let me keep the damaged items which was still a little good to use!! I will definately shop from them again!

I ordered two car phone holder. One of the holder broke away the same day. The other one I did not tried yet.

I found MegaGadgets a great place to do my Christmas shopping. They had alot of different variety of products and the website was very easy to use. I could pay in many different ways and found it great that the products arrived to me so quickly. It was a really good shopping experience. :)
