I had to change my order and nothing was too much and whilst this would have been the easy part of her job it is not always the case with other businesses. Well done and keep up the great service

I bought a Nomad Rugged AirTag cover from Megamac, which started dropping my AirTag a week after I got it.

I let Megamac know and Josephine returned to my email the next day, offering to replace it with a new unit. When I said I didn’t want to get another Nomad cover (which unfortunately was the only brand they had), they refunded me the full amount.

I like companies who stand by the products they sell and stay fair to their customers even after a purchase is made. From now on, I’ll be checking their stock fist when I need something.

I pre ordered a phone case for my be iPhone 14 pro max, I knew it was a pre order before I ordered by megamac sent regular personal emails updating me of the progress. Really great!

Have purchased both an SSD and some RAM for my mid 2010 macbook and given it a new lease of life. Customer service great, keep you posted on order progress etc. No issues at all.

Great buying experience. I purchased a pre-order product which was made clear on their website. They, however, added a personal touch by reaching out to me in person to make sure that I was aware I ordered a pre-order product. They also gave me the option to be kept up to date with the status of the pre-order product. In this new era of supply chain issues, their personal touch meant a lot.
