Ordered a nomad titanium band for my Apple Watch ultra and it was damaged. Emailed them and they got back to me straight away to rectify the issue.
In the end I decided to ask for a refund which they happily did.

I wanted an OWC thunderbolt dock and on searching, Megamac showed up in the Google shopping results. I’d never heard of them and they were about £60 cheaper than the Amazon ‘sale’ price, so I was sceptical. Checked around, then ordered, and the item arrived promptly in perfect condition, brand new, next day via DPD (for £4 more). It had a UK power supply BTW. I contacted their customer support too and received a fast response. Extremely pleased and will shop with them again for anything Mac related.

We had a few issues with DPD non delivery of a Nomad Rugged iPhone case. Josephine very quickly arranged for a 2nd case to be sent out and it arrived as expected. First class service and first class product. Thank you!

It took a long time coming but its an amzing strap.
the detail is fab and makes my ultra watch look amazing with the orange strap and orange on the watch.

Great shop for buying good quality accessories that are not that easy to find anywhere else.

Excellent service, I had an issue with my order and it was almost resolved instantly. The representative was polite and knew exactly how to handle to issue with ease.

**UPDATE**

I received an email within a couple of hours of publishing the original review below.
Megamac have since contacted me and have sent a brand new case out with free shipping, hopefully to arrive in a couple of days. I no longer need to get the faulty case back to them which I never understood to begin with.
I appreciate the team doing the right thing and I will definitely return to Megamac in the future. It appears that this was a poor decision by one staff member, glad it was rectified.

**ORIGINAL REVIEW**
Unfortunately I purchased a Native Union case for my Apple Airpod pros. Given the price of the headphones I wanted to make sure they were well protected.
After only a month and a bit the lid portion of the case no longer attached to the lid itself. Each time I retrieve the headphones out it falls off, which is the same when it’s in my pocket or bag.
I reached out to Megamac and sent a video clearly showing the fault which again only occurred after a month and a half of having brought it.
I was then asked to send the product back at my own expense, leaving me without a case for the AirPods in the meantime and out of pocket.
Really disappointing given the length of time I’d been using the product.
Unfortunately their customer support seems very hit and miss, on this occasion I’d say to get your case elsewhere just incase.

Josephine was very helpful and kept us up-to-date with regard to our special order. The price was competitive and delivery was pretty swift once the item was received by them.

Great service, got on the website easily and they had accurate stock info. Ordered my RAID enclosure, and post was free. I was due to buy elsewhere but they wanted to charge for postage and hiked the price at the last minute blaming the weak pound! Datastore I'm looking at you. These guys haven't and we're great.

Josephine who dealt with an out of the ordinary request handled it with solutions and speed, showing the knowledge she had of the companies products and support that I personally needed. Josephine is a credit to the company and will make me come back again for my next needs. Thank you Josephine!

Had a slight delay in getting my order, as the items I wanted were special order. The communication from Megamac, and Josephine in particular, was speedy, informative and reassuring. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Megamac. again. Josephine should be singled out for praise. Brilliant customer service throughout a difficult transaction. The Nomad watch strap was defective (an issue with Nomad, not Megamac). Josephine’s communication was fantastic and a new strap was sent out very quickly.
