Leathers were a great price and delivered really quickly. Unfortunately, they didn't fit properly but return process was straight forward and postage reasonable. Refund was received within a couple of days.

I gave four stars as the helmet colour I would have liked was only in a small despite clicking for large in the options. So second choice it was and it’s A great helmet at a fantastic price. Delivered quickly, really happy with the service.

Ordered a helmet at an amazing price late on bank holiday Monday. It arrived in perfect condition on Wednesday afternoon. Brilliant service as usual

I bought an Oxford Cypher 1 bike jacket at a great price. Had to exchange it for a bigger size and the exchange process was so easy. The staff kept me informed of progress, the exchange was really quick and the jacket's great. Thank you!

Never again. Ordered a jacket that arrived with the security tag still on. Told by older sales guy to take around to stores to get it removed. Spent day and travelled approx. 60 miles to try and find someone who could remove the tag to no avail. Called back to discuss options and spoke to someone else and told to return and they would remove tag and return to me by return post and that they would also reimburse me for the inconvenience caused. Still waiting on the small refund and still no jacket even though I know this has been returned, so had to call back again only to be told by the older guy that they were short staffed and return had not even been processed. Also didn’t sound like I was going to be refunded. Due to bank holiday I would not get back for at least another 4 days, so after all the hassle I decided to opt for full refund and purchase from a better company!

Drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase a helmet and coms just under a grand ! Checked it was in stock before leaving and got there and it’s out of stock I did ask to try on another neotec. 3 different graphics and the person went to get the keys to unlock one and 25 minutes later he is serving someone else!! At this point I left the store still with my £1000 in my pocket ! The member of staff with the tats he looked so embarrassed and it wasn’t his fault ! I can recommend sports bike shop in Bristol but as for mega store I have spent £1000s in the past but will never darken your doors again
