Do not use this site
as others have said, they refuse all documents you send them so that they don't have to pay out.
I have sent documents that have been accepted by others but theses con people just keep rejecting it which means I can't get my money.

MEGA REEL IS A VERY UNLESS!! What I can said about this unless site is so bad and steal from people money! I have spent almost 1000£ no body asking about proof of ID or bank details. But when I want take money?Was no chance. I have sent all documents and they are not accepted. Another time was issued a not clear picture, so I sent again and again. Never received any 1p. Fuc.. Ginger cun.... That is my opinion!!

A very suspicious slot games website. They will draw you in encouraging you to take up their offers of bonus spins and deposits, however, if you attempt to make a withdrawal regardless of it is £10 or several pounds more, you will be asked to send through several pieces of ID. You will not receive your funds, it appears as though these are delay tactics so that you give up and eventually use your money instead of withdrawing.
I cannot count how many pieces of extremely private ID documents that I have been asked for that have nothing to do with withdrawing the small sum of £30. Please also bear in mind that £ 2.50 is taken from ALL withdrawals.
They won't send you your money but in return for your request, you'll suddenly receive promotional emails encouraging you to spend again (No coincidence) Steer clear of them.

Worse site ever for responding,my account was verified but as soon as I won 403 pounds to withdraw they won't put it into my account,keeps saying pending ,but quick enough to except your deposit ,I've sent in everything they asked for still no response,email after email ,I've even complained about the site stay well clear

Tried to withdraw winnings 5 times, meanwhile I have sent photo id (twice) proof of address (3 times) and several emails. All I get back is offers to deposit and nothing from customer services. Very happy to take your money but won't pay out any winnings. Modern day robbery. This must be a criminal offence.

£2.50 withdrawal fee so straight away, you lose money. They will send you offers to get you to deposit! DO NOT DO THIS as you will lose at least some of your money in their fees. Use reputable casinos if you want to use any that don't charge you a fee for withdrawing your own money.

Shockimg i had 200 pound in bonus and lost it because you cant turn it into cash to withdraw also your welcome bonus is awful it uses your money first rather then your bonus dont wast £10 like i did save your money go to monopoly casino good pay outs and the withdrawals are in your bank within 24 hours

Customer services is aweful. Email in 2 days email back totally useless. email back in 2 days response.
Can take weeks just to get them to understand your issue.

Their withdrawal restrictions encourage problem gambling. If you place a withdrawal request then cancel it, regardless of whether you have then gone on to lost part of your winnings and wish to cut your losses/quit while you're ahead, they will place restrictions that you must manually contact them to get reversed. Every. Single. Time.

Do not waste your money depositing with these jokers even if your intention is just to play, they will deliberately avoid paying out even the money that you have deposited with them, in order to keep it your in your account and keep you thinking "well it's there, I may as well play with it". Will never be using this site again having seen it happen across 5+ of their sites. The worst experience i have had by miles and there is no doubt about it. The most insane withdrawal policy! So i put in £400 and with the luck of the wheel it was soon in the region of around £5000.. It was than i was asked to give verification docs which i expected.. No problem with that as i sent them what they need. However when i found out that from this point onwards it would take 3 days to verify them which i waited and than guess what? There is another 3 day wait after which they call the “pending withdrawal period” this is after your verified. So patiently waited and than guess what! Once this is done there is a further 7 - 10 days “processing period” which is an absolute joke. During this time by the way any funds are reversible and the moment you do that the “pending & processing” times start again! As you can well guess by now i got impatient and lost it all. Now if you dont mind waiting anywhere between 13 - 16 days for any potential winnings.. go ahead and give them your hard earned money literally.. you will be handing it over. They know they what they are doing and are very cunning about it. Steer clear from this lot. I know gambling is risk and when i lose i big amounts i dont make a fuss about it but when i win big i also dont want a fuss. This website does not offer a genuine chance and that pisses me off! Daylight robbery here.
